NCPD/Max-tac files: Izuku Midoriya

TV: "good morning night city!! have we got some NEWS FOR YOUUUU!!!" now the image changes to the NCPD with everyone standing there along with Max-tac seeing Teal now going up 
TV: "the co founder CEO Endeavor who is also the former number one hero...has been assassinated in his room...it has been reported that it was indeed the job of Johnny Silverhand...the so called peoples champion...to go and protect him...which of course lead to it's  major flaw..." 
Teal: "as much...as we have trust and rely on every single one of our cops...this...would have to be the most horrible thing for a cop to do...to protect the founder of a company...that manufactures the cyberware we wear...proudly" 
TV: "after the incident...a vote has been made among the heroes and counsel of nightcity...to...terminate Johnny from the Max-tac division...stripping him of his rank and position here in nightcity" now it cuts to Izuku standing still...as Teal...although hesistated for a moment..rips the badge and then his rank on his shoulder...but then...the tv then busted 
Eri after shooting it...had her gun taken from Kendo 
Kendo: "ERI!!" 
Eri: "IT'S NOT FAIR!!!" 
Wilson: "kid...this whole shitshow isn't right at all" then Rivers comes in 
Eri: "WHY DID YOU FIRE HIM!!!?" trying to attack him but Wilson holds her back 
Kendo: "any sign?" and he shakes his head 
River: "he's not even at clouds...nor does Dino...fucking corpo bastard...we lost too many good cops...and now they got rid of johnny...the only person who wanted to make a change!" slamming the counter 
Kendo: "god...i hope he's okay" now worried beyond hell..
Wilson: "I managed to take all the weapons before those shitheads went and gone through his fucking research...like vultures they came to me looking for it...but i told them to fuck off" 
Eri: "good...i want to find my dad!" 
Kendo: "oh no you don't...what would he say if you were to go missing" 
Eri: "I just can't sit here and do nothing!...none of you are doing a damn thing!...my dad is out there rotting away in his sorrows..we have to be there for him!" pushing past them 
Kendo: "Eri!" 
Rivers: "leave her be...she needs time" then a knocking is heard on her door 
Kendo: "fuck me" and she goes up to it...to then see 
Izumi: "hey" then slams it in her face but it opens again 
Katsumi: 'the fucks up with you" 
Kendo: "oh nothing..just that my lover whom just lost his job, money, home, rank, and dignity is out there somewhere wasting away in the gutters and having no way of contacting him or finding him..." 
Izumi: "look we can look together...he can't be that far" 
Kendo: "your talking about the man who knows this city inside and out...like the back of his palm...he knows where to hide" 
Rivers: "then there's the whole shitshow with Endeavors death..no one was expecting this" 
Kendo: "true" 
 Rivers: "why the hell would i want you three to come with us" meaning Kendo. Izumi and Katsui 
Kendo: "why me?" 
Rivers: "you and your buddies here are the reason this is happening...heroes had a vote in getting rid of him...and from what i saw was this symbol of bullshit voted him off" 
Kendo: "is this true" 
Izumi: "I...well...Kendo please" 
Kendo: "Izumi...is it true!?" 
Izumi: "Y...yes" 
Kendo: "why?!" 
Katsumi: "because he's a fucking quirkless and shouldn't even be in the whole division in the first place...he has no place in this fucking world" 
Kendo then took this time...to smack her leaving a bug red mark on her cheek as she now just rubs it...glaring at her 
Kendo: "because he's quirkless!?...because of a fucking quirk!?...hehehe...you guys are the dumbest motherfuckers alive...he's saved so many people here...he's been trying to keep this city safe from day one!...you still think he's weak!?...HOW DARE YOU THINK THAT HE'S BEEN MORE OF A HERO THAN ANY OTHER PERSON I HEARD WITHOUT A GODDAMN CORPORATION TO SUCK OFF FROM!!!!....he saves people because it's the right thing...he is under no one...no corpo logo...it's just..him...the fact you fathom the thought that he was still weak...you disgust me...ERI LET'S GO FIND HIM!!!" yelling out 
Eri: "FINALLY!!!" and she comes running out now following her out while Izumi and Katsumi just stand there 
Rivers: "well...can't say that you didn't deserve that...so another question miss Izumi...if you miss your brother so much why the hell are you trying to ruin his career?" 
Izumi: "what?!" 
Katsumi: "how the fuck do you know this" 
Rivers: "your brother told me about your whole family ties...course he only told me your related...i can see why he left...toxic as it comes" and now he walks out 
Katsumi: "why you" 
Izumi: "enough" stopping her 
Katsumi: "but he just fucking!" 
Izumi: "no...leave them be...we brought ourselves into this mess...we have to clean it up...but...right now...we need to find the bio chip and where it could've gone" 
Katsumi: "shit...that's the one with" 
Izumi: "correct...and if it somehow got a hold on it's host...it could be a return of a great threat" 
Katsumi: "damn it..why in the hell would want to use Soulkiller on him anyway!?" 
Izumi: "collateral...plus no innocent lives would be spent" 

the police sirens and the steam sounding off are heard through Japantown...jig jig street is well known for it's fantasies and fetishes alike...but to most it's a way to lay low and dwell in their sorrows...especially one recently humiliated cop...
Izuku: "another!" holding up the glass and he was brought another bottle taking it from the bartenders hand he just throws the eddies at him 
"jesus...your on your eight bottle" 
Izuku: "who gives a flying fuck...as long as your getting paid...keep em coming!" slurring in his speech...completely wasted as he just wallows in his pain...
Izuku: "you know...I fucking did everything for this shit hole of a city...i fucking saved them...countless times from death...corpo cunts that didn't deserve the service...and i just wanted to make this place at least a bit safer than it is already...then that whore had to come into my goddamn  life!...if she didn't call in her other backstabbing shitheaded friends....maybe things could've gone differently." and he stands up now...tumbling over a little 
"you shouldn't be going out like this" 
Izuku: "who cares...if i die..i die...death is a nice gift for a fuckup like me" and he leaves now...stumbling through the area...as he continues to drink the bottle provided...he lost everything...right after his termination...Shield came in and took all his expenses...he doesn't know what happened to his fathers weapons..that he so tried to keep out of a corpos hands...he doesn't know what to do...why this happened...why it's always him...he soon trips and falls down...barely getting up...
"Johnny!?" he looks up to see 
Izuku: "Fingers mah man!!" 
Fingers: "jesus kid you look horrible" 
Izuku: "that's life" 
Finger: "fucking...goddamn it come on..lets get you upstairs" 
Izuku just listens and allows him to help him stand up...stumbling around...he managed to get him into his quarters 
Fingers; "sorry ladies have to cancel all available appointments...friendly emergency" hauling him in...now the joytoys are concern seeing the famous Johnny...now a common drunk...they understood and vacate the place...now in his room he plops him down 
Izuku groans as he felt completely relax 
fingers: "alright...johnny is there anyone i can call for you?" and he remains unresponsive 
fingers: "kid i need someone to help you out...i could barely afford the place as it is right now" 
Izuku: "just kill me already" mumbling under the pillow 
Fingers: "how about that orange hair girl...you still talk to her?" 
Izuku: "why would she!?...that she's in a relationship with a nobody...and the same person who voted me out of the FUCKING BOARD!!!....She betrayed me fingers...i knew it was too good to be true...that i would be able to move past Evelyn...BUT I DIDN'T AND SHE TOYED WITH MY FUCKING HEART!!!" now crying...sobbing loudly as he covers his head with pillow knowing this a pathetic display fingers never knew he was capable of crying...but...it hurts him to see him like this 
Izuku: "IS MY LIFE NOTHING BUT PAIN!!?...WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO DESERVE A LITTLE HAPPINESS!!?...I JUST CAN'T LIVE A NORMAL FUCKING LIFE!!!!" his voice cracking and breaking as he yells out...crying more into the pillow and Fingers couldn't do anything...but listen...this shit has really gone downhill...he needs to call up Padre probably...no..he needs to call walker...looking through his desk he finally found the number...and he inserts the code and sent out a message to him...asking him to retrieve his 'son'...of course it was met with only a thumbs up so he figured to keep an eye on him for now
Fingers: "*sigh*...kid...you know i can't have you be here right?" 
Izuku: "just let me wallow a bit man...please" 
Fingers: "well rest up...as a friend..seeing you like this doesn't suit you...try and get some sleep...i got to get my appointments rescheduled" and he heads to his desk now...doing some work and because of the amount of energy he just let out...he suddenly felt tired...and he falls asleep finally...still with a tear in his eye sliding down...

Vic: "come on..come on!" as in front of him...was a very nearly dead looking V...brought in by 
Shoto: "are you able to help her or no" 
Vic: "leave her to me...it's going to take a while so try and get some rest yourself" and he nods...as he lays down now...he had to deal with the biggest bullshit ever
flashback
Shoto: "get her" giving orders to a very scared dexter deshaun 
Dexter: "come on man...shit" and he searched through the scrapyard...as he goes through it...they then hear...rumbling...as they see V barely alive crawling out 
Shoto: 'seems you didn't do a good job' 
and Dexter now goes up to drag her out...as he got her out..he breaths heavily 
Dexter: "come on man i did what you ask..please let me go!" and Shoto nods...and not even looking...fires an ice spike through his head...killing and he goes up to V..who then pales even more than she is already 
V: "oh fuck" 
Shoto: "shut up" and he smacks her....to help keep her awake
Flashback ends 
Victor: "there seems to be bullet wounds other than the one in her head...did anything happen!?" 
Shoto remembers the stalkers they sent after him...barely making it out if it weren't for V...who still was able to fire a gun despite her injuries...he had admit..he admire his willpower...
Shoto: "had a little run in with Shield." 
Victor: "hang tight...might need your help with this" 
Shoto: "very well"
