Epilogue 1: The quiet life

one day later 

*Chirp chirp chirp* the window from the truck...Eri looks to see a robin land on it...chirping away before flying off...she could only smile at it fly...in the background...she looks over at what used to be Shield tower 
Radio: "And officials say that the total loss of life was only about 150...more would've been dead had it not been for the efforts the heroes put in to evacuate the building...of course the lost of life on the heroes part is cataclysmic...
Momo: "We the representitives of both Night corp and Kang tao will do everything to ensure the people of Nightcity are safe...the events that happened here are beyond words...we hope to continue to instill faith to you all" 
"All of that may seem like a promise, but we know it's only to cover their asses about it. the heroes facade is similar to the state of Blackwall...a car broken down covered in plastic bag taped down by shit...anything they do cannot change what happened" turning the dial to change it 
"And i mean it's one thing to broadcast your death..but to literally come back to just bring everything down with him!?...holy shit..." 
"Johnny Silverhand brought down a foundation...that he built...Shields being charged for the multiple accounts of collateral from the incident...paying compensations to the families affected by the bombing" 
"radiologist say that City center will not be habitable for 75,000 years" 
"Militech proposes relaunching it's programs in trying to contain the radiation that is lingering in city center" 
"He was a terrorist, he's not a hero, he's what you call a villain" 
"The Symbol of Peace is dead"
"Son of firedrake...he ashamed his father...I heard his grandfather was actually All For One..the supervillain that Izumi Yagi took down years ago" 
"Locals say that Fuyumi Todoroki was in the tower at the time..it is unknown if she had made it out or not...touya Todoroki had been confirmed dead" 
"President Myers has declared-"
Turning off the radio now...
V: "*sigh*" 
Panam: "You ready up?" 
V: "Yeah" 
Eri; "Mm-hmm" driving the thoran all the way back to a certain area...near the Biotechnica flats where they meet 
Santiago: "There you three are...was thinking you'd bail out" 
V: "Please an opening like this?..wouldn't miss it" 
Santiago: "She's over there kid" as Eri goes over...to see an NCPD Vehicle pull up...
Hera: "hey Er-bear" Kneeling down to her level she hugs the dog woman 
Stross: "How you feeling?" 
Eri: "Shit..." 
Stross: "hmph...i suppose that's reasonable...come here" walking over to him...he opens the door...
Kendo: "Eri" she looked much. much better than what she was like when they found her 
Eri: "Mom" quivering she rushes up to her...and envelopes her in a hug...she had heard about the message Izuku left them..before...he nuked the tower 
Kendo: "hey...it...it's going to be okay" as she tries to get up..she stumbles a little and Eri helps her out 
Stross: "don't rush it fist" waving it off Kendo steadies herself and she gets up fully...
Hera: "You really have to go?" 
Kendo: "There's nothing for us here anymore...plus...with everything that happened...it's...it's no place for us" 
Stross: "Can't say i'm happy about it either...
Kendo: "Until i feel a bit better we're just staying with the Aldecados until then....I'm sure we'll meet again" 
Hera: "Yeah...but please...if you ever happen to be back in town...don't hesitate to call." 
Stross: "We'll be right here...and at full support" Handing her several syringes 

Kendo: "Thank you both...For everything...for taking care of our Izuku" 
Eri nods 
Hera: "mm" 
Stross: "Just be careful out there" 
Panam: "Oi we're going to leaving soon" as the two wave to them...they walk on over towards the other driver 
Mitch: "Look who's back from the dead" cheering her up 
Kendo: "hi...you must be mitch right?" 
MItch: "yeah...heard about what you did kid...good thinking" 
Eri: "yep" gesturing to her arm..which was bandaged 
V: "we're no going to have much of a window so lets move people" hoping into the Basilisk...they get everything ready 
Santiago: "Let's ride Nomads!" driving off now...Eri Looks behind to see Hera and Stross just seeing them off...
Flashback 
Kendo was unconscious seizuring from the cyberpsychosis 
Stross; "FUCK...We need more Baloperidol!" 
Santiago: "Goddamn this is the last of the batch" 
Stross: "Unless...unless we remove some of the cyberware" 
Hera: "It could kill her...we can't let both of Eris parents die!" 
Stross: "And if we do nothing she'll die!"
Eri: "take my blood!...Take it!" 
as the adults look at her 
Hera: "B-but the cyberware could" 
Stross: "Sarge didn't have her take any type of subdermal armor...nor any vital organs have been replaced...just the beserk..take it out...Eri...Are you sure" 
Eri: "I..I'm sure..Just...Save her...please!" 
Flashback ends 
Eri looks down at her arm...the large bandage on it..they had to take out more blood than normal for her quirk to work on her...since it's been diluted from her incident in Heywood..when she was first found...but it was enough...as the vehicles take off now...riding into the desert...they now drive beyond the limits...seeing the city getting smaller and smaller out of view...
"You are not authorized to cross this area turn around immediately!" 
Carol: "Don't worry the storm will give us cover...this is where we split see you soon!" 
V: "Right" diverging from each other...the Basilisk started flying over a large lake.
Panam: "we're at a limit now...it's all good from here" as V unjacks...stepping out from the basilisk while it was still moving...she basks herself in the wind blowing by...Panam doing the same...looking over to see Eri and Kendo...getting across with Mitch...Eri opens her window...looking at her...V holding Izukus Handcannon and then...she rips the necklace off on her...the one with the bullet she took to the head...and then the one All For one gave her...looking at them for a moment...Eri looking as well along with kendo...she holds it out...Eri nods to her...and she lets it fly out of her grip...as the relics have splashed into the water...sinking below to never be found again...a sign...a sign of them...moving on from this...into a new beginning
