My eyes fluttered open only to reveal myself in a cage. The only scent I caught was Strange's. I howled, making my presence known.
"Don't worry, Loki told everyone about this morning. They think you've gone out again, " Strange reassured me. Thank you, can I ask how you got the bullets out? Strange sighed and said: "You wouldn't let anyone but Loki touch you. He used his magic to heal you but I fear that he will find out who you are."
No! He, he just can't... You know how humans react to monsters!
"You can't hide behind everything forever, " he started and I huffed, rolling my eyes.
I can, I will and I shall. I'm going now so tell the avengers that Alex returned, helped the wolf, and went to her room?!
"As you wish, I do owe you my life. Don't kill Loki!"
With that, I was gone. I shifted back into human form then clothed myself. My throat was sore, my leg as well which caused me to limp.
I had dried blood over my body and just cleaned it with magic. Then sensed Loki, he was about to knock on my door. I limped to my door and opened it as he knocked. "Yes?" I answered and he pushed the door open which caused me to lose my balance.
He caught me and I nodded in his direction before pushing him out of my room. "Where were you, you left your phone here?" he sounded relieved that I was here but still. I sighed and limped out, my leg was healing slower because of whatever drug Strange gave me, then it hit me: canima venom.
My illusions were up and I made my way out of my room. I had to get food in the avenger's living room because I didn't have anymore. I made my way down and saw everyone getting ready for dinner. I rolled my eyes and slowly backed up, only to be noticed by Tony. "AH, Alex come and eat with us," Tony suggested and I sighed then nodded. I knew there was no way out of this.
We sat there in silence when JARVIS announced that they have found another Hydra base and that we should probably get suited up. I stood up and started walking to my room. Within seconds my suit was on, thanks to my magic, I walked down calmly seeing that my illusions were up, most of my weapons hidden, only my bow, gun, and three daggers were in obvious sight. My grudge against Hydra, Bucky, and Thor was what kept me from running away from the avengers or killing them.
10 minutes past and everyone started to arrive on the jet, no one seemed surprised that I was always the first person to be ready. I was their best fighter and they knew it. We took off and Clint was the pilot. Steve started: "Tony, Bucky, Thor, and I will take the east. Wanda, Pietro, Vision, and Sam will take west. Scott, Nat, Clint, and Bruce take south. Strange, Eddie, Loki just help where you can." Everyone nodded and I closed my eyes for a second before feeling Strange's presence.
"You need to be careful, I fear this mission will have bad consequences," he warned me and I nodded. "If something bad happens I would either stop it or wait everyone's gone and kill it," I stated and he nodded. "By the way, someone is on to your lies," he whispered before leaving. My eyes opened slightly and I saw Loki as well as Peter look at me but before they could approach the obvious trap Strange set, the jet started to land.
Everyone ran out and I could still hear Loki's heartbeat which meant that he sent out an illusion. "You could try all you want, I do my part of the mission my way. So go do yours, Loki," anger shielded the uncertainty in my voice as he turned visible to my eye. He glared at me then set off and the second he was out of sight I teleported to the door.
I kicked it open then proceeded to walk to the controls, I hacked the database then saw that they wanted both me and Bucky back. I deleted their knowledge of me then took the USB out. I put it in a box before teleporting it back to the jet. "Everyone keeps an eye on Bucky and moves back to the jet, the USB is there," I ordered then heard a few "Rodger that" and "copy that"
I made my way out but just before walking out the door, I saw Sam walking to my location. I froze when he used his supernatural speed to get in front of me. The only thing I could think of doing was roaring but that would cause everyone to know about my monster.
"Ineedbackuppronto! The-" Sam grabbed my communicator and broke it, then injected me with both canima venom and wolfsbane. I growled as my eyes glowed and tried to fight Sam. The venom kicked in and I fell to the ground limp while I was fighting the wolfsbane to stay awake.
I heard Strange come in then Sam had a gun to my head. "Let us go and she doesn't die today, " he threatened. My eyes were slowly closing and all I could see was Strange backing away before Loki and Venom ran in. Both stopping once my eyes stopped glowing and everything went dark.
(Third Person)
They could do nothing while watching as Sam lifted Alx and sped away with her limp body. Loki and Venom who had turned back to Eddie we're confused as to why Alex's eyes were glowing.
Strange sighed then they headed back to the jet.Everyone kept an eye out for Alex but when they noticed she wasn't there Tony asked where she was and Strange said: "One of the Hydra agents took her." Tony started laughing. Everyone knew there wasn't anything-they knew of-that could stop her from fighting.
Eddie had turned into Venom who threatened to eat everyone's heads if they didn't take things seriously. Loki just nodded at Thor who knew that she was gone. Loki didn't understand why but he wanted Alex back and wanted to know why her eyes glowed red.
Tony forced everyone to look for Alex while Strange had to go help the other 'sorcerers'. Tony, Nat, and Bruce had looked down at Alex as their daughter, while Clint saw her as his scary murderous sister, Peter and Eddie saw her as a friend but the rest excluding Loki, who didn't know how to feel, were relieved that she was gone. Even if it was only for a while.
They vowed to search for Alex every day until she was found. Alex on the other hand was chained to a wall being tortured by Strucker, Dean, and Felix while Sam had to do some 'work'.
