[Yayyy, you don't have to wait so long! It was gonna take two weeks, but I'm too attached to writing. T-T Anways, enjoy! This is the last chapter of the main story, I'm sorry. But, I'm still gonna update but the chapters is just a short story of Akane's backstory. The short stories will be dedicated to one of my readers, _cxffeecore_. On with the story!]

Tamaki's POV

I'm suddenly standing In a grove of trees. I look around, panicking. I recognize where I am.

It's the creek that we used to catch bugs in as children. I hear birds singing and bugs making multiple different sounds. I quickly dash through the forest, heading back to the city.

My heart is beating quickly.

Tears are still spilling from my eyes. I run and run until my lungs and muscles are burning, trying to get back to Y/N.

I can't think.

I'm afraid to think.

Sprinting through the forest, I finally see the city through the trees. I dash through the streets, headin back to the building where I was dropped.

Faster.

I need to go faster.

But I don't feel my body change at all. My hands don't transform and I'm not able to use my quirk. Then I remember a stinging feeling in my neck before I was captured.

No.

I can't think about that yet.

Just go faster.

I push myself to run quicker. I'm breathing heavily but pay no attention to it. Please... Please let her be there.

I need her there, smiling at me.

I need her there, telling me that she tool care of it and she's sorry she's late.

I need to see her alive and healthy to wipe my tears away from my face, laughing at how precious my tears are to her.

I need her here...

I need her with me...

As I come upon the street of the scene, I see police gathered around the bottom, rushing around. There's caution tape and I spot Nejire standing there. When she turns around...

Tears are streaming down her cheeks.

Her eyes are red.

She runs towards me, wrapping her arms around me to prevent me from going.

"Tamaki, no! Don't go there!" She cries.

Her words sends fear through me. "Why not? Where's Y/N?" I ask.

She looks at me with desperate eyes. "Don't go there." She repeats, voice rough.

My eyes turn blurry with more tears and I try to push past her. "I need to see Y/N!"

"NO!" Nejire yells. I stop and look at her.

"Please... I need to see-"

"Tamaki, you can't. There's... Nothing to see." She chokes on her tears and I feel my breathing stop.

"But-... No... No! Let me see her! I need to talk to her!" As I try to push past her, crying for my best friend, Nejire holds me back and I crumple to the ground, bringing her with me. "No..." I weep. "Nejire, she's there. I know she's there."

She holds me tight, sobbing. "Tamaki, she's gone! We can't..."

I look into her eyes before I break down, crying into her shoulder. She hugs me, comforting me. I cry my eyes out as every bit of joy seeps out of me and is replaced with a drowning sadness.
