As I've said before, I base Shou's regression off my own, so I apologize if his reactions don't always make that much sense. I have ADHD and also stim, especially when I am regressed, so I implemented that experience into this chapter. When Shou fiddles w his fingers, flaps his hands, or bounced or stomps his feet that's called "stimming", in this context. I do all these things, so I'm sorry if it comes off strange. :) Thank you for reading! Oh, also, this chap has a teeny tiny bit of angst. Beware!

The lunch bell had just rung. Shouto walked to lunch alone that day; His Papa told him he would be spending his lunch with All Might that day!
It stinks that I have to be lonely... He thought to himself. I feel so small! He frowned slightly.
Shouto scanned the busy hall, looking for one of his friends to hopefully distract himself from his thoughts. He was hoping to see maybe Ochaco, Tsuyu, or especially Iida. Iida judged him less when he slipped on in his regression, and was a really calming presence to him- not that most of his classmates would agree that such an out spoken high strung teacher's pet was very calming.
As he was searching, he saw someone who made him feel super excited- Bakugou-kun! Shouto was very susceptible to giddily showing excitement and joy when regressed; something he usually seemed to lack when he was big. But he couldn't help it, he was so small! He began to bounce on his toes happily.
When his eyes landed on the boy, he thought of all the fun they had had the other night, and he felt the excitement run down into his finger tips and feet. Thoughtlessly, he fully slipped into his regression, causing him to rush over to the spiky haired boy in the hall. He started walking in stride next to the boy. Katsuki looked at him dismissively, and kept walking. As he always does.
"Hi Kitty!" He said happily.
Katsuki's eyes widened, a snarl on his face, before looking away, a pink tint upon his cheeks.
"What the fuck? Don't fuckin' call me that." He growled.
"H-Huh?" Shouto looked up at Katsuki with glossy eyes.
Katsuki huffed and stomped away, leaving Todoroki dead in his tracks.
Katsuki had been having a shitty day. His mother woke him up screaming, as she always did, and he had already had a hard time sleeping. He had had a nightmare in the middle of the night, and when he awoke from it all he had was his regression to soothe him. As embarrassing as it was to him, he had crept into the kitchen, and grabbed one of his old baby bottles, filling it with apple juice. He then crawled into his bed, clinging to his teddy, and engulfed himself in his blanket. As happy as this made him, he couldn't help but feeling guilty and embarrassed for his childish tendencies. He was confused, and that just frustrated him further.
Then, after his rude awakening this morning, he was just as angry as he always was with school and his dumb ass classmates, the embarrassment of last night still haunting his mind. So when Todoroki had bothered him with his cute nickname, it made him confused. And that pissed him off!
He stormed off, by then already in front of the cafeteria doors, when he heard sniffling behind him. He turned around to see something that actually broke his heart: Shouto was crying.
The boy was quietly sniffling, simultaneously wiping his nose with his sleeve and hiding his red tearful face.
Guilt immediately filled Katsuki's body, like a hot wave. His bitter dimeanour instantly melted away, as he found himself rushing over to comfort the boy.
"Shou- Todoroki, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it, okay? I take it back, please don't cry," He felt panicked, his hands gripping the boy's shoulders in concern. "I'm sorry, I really didn't mean it! You can call me Kitty all you want, I'm so sorry, Shou!" He then pulled the boy into a tight hug. By then, everyone was already in the cafeteria, so no one was to witness what was happening in the empty hall.
He held Shouto tightly in his arms, still feeling immensely guilty for hurting his friend's feelings.
"I- I j-just wanted to- I was j-just excited-" He said between shaky sobs. "I was just excited to see Kitty..!"
Katsuki kicked himself internally. Hard. God, why do I have to be such a piece of shit? He felt awful.
"I know, I know you were excited for Kitty. I'm so sorry, Shou, really, I mean it!" Now it was Bakugou who felt tears pricking his eyes, before breaking into a sob himself. He turned away, wiping away his tears with his sleeve, before taking a deep breath. He jumped slightly when he felt a light hand upon his back.
"It's okay, Bakugou-kun." Shouto sniffled.
"I-I shouldn't have been so small in public. I really didn't mean to embarrass you... Please don't cry, I hate to see you cry, Bakugou-kun." His voice cracked as he looked down, feeling his lip quiver.
"No," Katsuki said, turning to him.
"It's not your fault. I'm just a fuckin' asshole." He muttered, rubbing the back of his neck before going quiet for a moment.
"And I said you can call me Kitty whenever you want. And I mean that." He said sternly.
Shouto laughed at the boy's sudden change in demeanor.
"Now wipe your face, let's go get lunch before it's over." Katsuki held his arm out for Shouto to latch onto, and they walked into the cafeteria with Shouto's head on Katsuki's shoulder.
Shouto joined Katsuki and his friends for lunch that day happily.
