Chapter Three

Todoroki skipped to the bus station the next morning. Knowing that Izuku was his Papa made him happy as can be, and it was noticeable to the whole class that he was in a very, very good mood. He sat at his desk until the bell rang, but... Izuku never came! He worried and worried, and worried, all the way until lunch, when he could finally check his phone.

Izu 🐻💚: Hi Baby, I'm super sorry but Papa cant come to school today! I felt a little sickie this morning, so Mom is going to take me to the doctor. Have fun and be safe at school baby, text dadda if anything happens. ❤❤

Todo pouted, a little bit sad that his Papa couldn't be with him all day! He was super dissapointed so he decided to sit by himself that day, trying his hardest to not slip. Tenya and Ochaco came over and asked what was wrong, and he just said he wasn't feeling that good. Luckily he remained composed and they didn't suspect a thing. That was, until Bakugou came over.

"Oi! Half and Half Bastard! Wha-" He had just come over to ask for some class notes, but the look Shouto gave him after he called him bastard, it was... weird. Instead of looking up with a stone cold expression or even an icy glare, his eyes were soft and a little glossy, the corners of his lips strung a little tighter together. This stopped Katsuki's question but prompted a new one.

"Eh, Half and Half, what's your problem..?"

"Nuf- nothing. Nothing is wrong."

"Uhh... okay. Do you have the fuckin' notes from..."

As Shouto got out his papers, his mind drifted a bit. He noticed that Bakugou had softened his tone when he realized Shouto may have been upset... but he's never done that before. And Todoroki has never regressed at school either...

Katsuki coughed, getting his attention.

His cheeks warmed and cooled respectively as he looked down at the papers he had mindlessly pulled from his bookbag. He had written "Shou + Papa 4eva!" with lots of hearts around it in his notebook. His heart sunk. Now Bakugou of all people knew his secret, and he was gonna tell everyone and Papa would leave him and he'd be sad an-

"Hey," Katsuki interrupted.

"You know other people can see your facial expressions right?" (He forgot that a lot actually...)

"Don't worry, I'm not gonna tell anyone. It's no big deal, I mean... whatever, just give me the stupid notes!"

Shouto did as such and wondered why Katsuki's tone would sometimes near towards sympathy, then go right back to his brash one. He also wondered what he meant to say, but didn't want to tell...

After school, Todoroki bought soup at the local convenience store to bring to his carer. As he walked to the boy's house, he got a text with the title: "Bakugou"
