----- HARRY'S POV -----

It was Monday.

I hadn't spoken to Louis since Thursday.

I'd skipped class Friday and gone home. Turns out Gemma had decided to take a random trip back home as well. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by hugs. I messaged Liam and told him I had gone home and wouldn't be back until today. He hadn't really questioned it apart from the main question of why. I gave him the short answer of 'I wanted to see mum and Gemma.' After messaging Liam, I turned my phone off and slipped it into my bag before carrying it upstairs I placed it on my bed looking around for Evie. She was perched on my desk chair looking up at me, I walked over to her and started stroking her head, she looked up at me and started purring. I gently picked her up and took the seat in my chair I carefully let her curl up on my legs and began flooding my problems out to her. I mean it's not like she's ever going to reply but just telling her lifts a massive weight off my shoulders.

When I got into class, I ignored the intense glare from Louis, I walked straight to my seat and faced Liam.

That was how the rest of the day went, I ignored Louis at all costs. Maybe it was wrong of me to do, I mean he was right, we aren't together, but I want to be.

It wasn't until Niall pointed out that I either messaged Louis and spoke to him or I lost him.

I didn't even have to think about my choice, I knew for a fact I didn't want to lose Louis.

After the realisation I messaged him.

Harry: Louis

Harry: Can we talk please?

At first, I didn't think I was going to get a reply, an hour had passed, and I still hadn't received a message back, so I messaged Niall.

Harry: Niall, he didn't reply

In the time it took me to send a text to Niall I got a reply from Louis.

Louis: Diner at 5!

I didn't bother to respond.

It was already 4 so I went into the bathroom and turned the shower on waiting for it to get warm before stepping in and washing my hair thoroughly with both shampoo and conditioner. When I'd rinsed all the creams out of my hair, I scrubbed my body clean. I clicked the shower off, wrapping a towel around my waist and walking over to the sink picking up my toothbrush and squirting toothpaste on to it, I brushed my teeth thoroughly. I let my hair air dry as I walked out of the room getting a pair of boxers out of my drawer and sliding them up my legs. After, I walked over to my wardrobe picking out my tightest pair of black, skinny jeans, I pulled them on to my legs zipping up and fastening the button. I reached out and grabbed a dark blue button up. I only buttoned it halfway before clasping a cross necklace around my neck. I went to find my denim jacket, when I couldn't find it, I remembered Louis still had it, a smiled spread across my face. I pulled a pair of brown chelsea boots onto my feet, I picked up my wallet and phone and walked out of the door.

I walked to the diner.

When I got to the diner I went inside and found a booth near the window, the sun was starting to set, a low glow spreading throughout the building.

I heard the door chime and looked up catching eyes with him.

He walked over to the booth and slid in across from me.

A waiter came over and we ordered our drinks and food. After the waiter left, we sat in an uncomfortable silence until I decided to speak up, "Louis," I breathed out.
