Chapter 10 : First Day

*Shika's POV*
"And there, all done." The day that I moved into the Master Course arrived. The Shining Agency has the course to help those newly debuted idols, so Starish, Tomo and myself were there along with Haruka.

Putting my last item away, I looked around the room I had for myself. I felt happy to be here, under the same roof as my friends.

"I know! I think there's a kitchen here. How about I make some food for my friends?" Pulling on my sweater, I left the room and went straight to the kitchen. I already knew what everyone liked, so I quickly prepared the food for them.

"Good morning Miss Shika. You are looking bright today." The headmaster saw me carrying the tray of food.

I nodded to him, wearing a big smile. He was no longer my principal, he was my boss. Nonetheless, I felt happy to see him again.

Entering the common room, I saw everyone gathered together. They didn't notice me yet, so I decided to surprise them.

"Good morning everyone." They all turned their attention to me. They had wide eyes, wanting to make sure I just spoke to them in a clear and loud voice.

"Shika...was that you?" Syo approached me.

"Yeah, how is everyone doing?" I smiled.

"Wait, how are you speaking? The spell is only partially broken. You can only speak in fragments!" Smiling at them, I pulled down the neck of my sweater for them to see my neck.

"I got this. It reads my thoughts and says what I'm thinking in my voice. The hairpin reads the brainwaves and translates it for the choker to say what I'm thinking. It only activates if I move my mouth, so if my mouth is closed it won't say anything." They all had shock all over their faces.

"I've got the hang of it now, since I got it some time after our debut. I can communicate with you guys now, but I still want my voice back. For the time being, let's work hard together. I wanted to surprise everyone, so I made some food. Dig in!" Placing the tray down, they took the food to eat it. Their faces made me happy as they enjoyed the food.

"This tea is very refreshing, thank you for the food Shika-chan." I smiled at Natsuki.

"I'm glad you guys like it." Syo came up to me. He stood before me, staring right into my eyes. The close proximity of our faces made my cheeks heat up. He looked at me before a smile spread on his face.

"I never said it the first time, but you have a nice voice Shika." My face went red.

"I agree! It sounds very cute!" Natsuki complimented my voice.

Turning around, I held my face as my cheeks burned. I wasn't expecting to get compliments on my voice so I was flustered.

"You're flustering the little mockingbird. Guess you have a way with words Ochibi-chan." Ren spoke to Syo. He angered him when he called him a midget, but I couldn't help but giggle at their interaction.

The usual laughter from the president caught our attention. He came in to greet us and introduced some people that will be helping us. A large purple screen appeared before us as music played.

The music sounded familiar, realizing it was Poison Kiss by Quartet Night. They appeared before us as they sang the song. The four member, professionals that were going to be our senpais.

I back up when the silver haired male suddenly appeared before me. He smiled at me and helped my hand, spinning me around before fading away. The performance was indescribable, I couldn't even put it into words.
