Chapter 16

" I don't care what you want with me but I swear to god leave MY wife and MY child alone " Ben said

" Oh aren't you such a great daddy and husband too " Ella's find said from the doorway

" Where is she? " Ben demanded

" Make me queen and you can be with them " Ella said bluntly

" What? " Ben and Spencer said in unison

" You wanted him dead? He left you for that freak " Spencer said

If looks could kill. Ben definitely would've killed Spencer with the stare he gave him. No one talks about his wife like that.

" I've changed my mind " She said smugly " I found a better offer "

" You want to be queen? " Ben asked

" Yep yep, you heard me. Not just any queen. I want to be the queen. Queen of Auradon. Make me queen and you can live out your days with that.... sl*t "

" She's not " Ben contained himself. He was afraid what she would do if he tried anything.

" What do you say kingy? " Ella chirped

" Deal " Ben sighed in defeat

Spencer grabbed Ben by the collar of his shirt and shoved him into the room where his wife and child were being held captive

Spencer aggressively pushed Ben roughly onto the floor of the room. Ben hit his head hard off the floor and went unconscious. Mal gasped in horror

" Spencer, think about what you are doing? He is your king!! What are you even benefiting from this? " Mal said disappointed

" He's not your king anymore.... I am and Ella's your queen. You should've listened to your mother, Mal. She was right, love is weakness. Look where it's gotten you and mr. loverboy here "

" Spencer please " Mal pleaded

Spencer dismissed her.

Mal placed Adrianna in her crib. Mal got down on her knees and knelt beside Ben. She looked for a sign of life  His heart was still beating. He was okay. Everything was going to be okay!

Mal bent down and kissed him. She performed an act of true love's kiss once again like she had on the royal yacht at the cotillion back when they were seventeen

A ray of magic emerged from the kiss. It travelled throughout Auradon breaking Ella's curse. Everyone regained their memories and they all now knew the truth behind what really happened and they know knew Ben was right.

Ben's eyes fluttered open and his eyes met with Mal's.

" Mal " he exclaimed and sat up

He pulled her into another kiss which was much more passionate where they wouldn't have seperated except for this thing called air.

" I missed you, so so much " Ben exclaimed

" you were right about everything! I'm sorry I thought you were crazy " Mal sighed

" Forget that, we were cursed besides I knew you would find me. Our love is too strong for any curse to defeat"

They were cut off my the sound of a cry from their child.

" Speaking of our love, the most precious symbol of it all " Ben took Mal by the hand and she picked up Adrianna.

" What now? " Mal asked

" Good Question " Ben replied

" The curse is broken but-"

" I've made Ella queen "

" Why Ben? Why would you do that ?" Mal shook her head in despair

" She would've of killed you! I can't live without you. Why be king without my queen? "

" You're very sweet, but now we need to save Auradon " Mal sighed " We need to get out of here"

" I have an idea"
