I don't own any of the characters. All credit goes to the Epic J.K. Rowling of course and always.

Harry

Soon, the dance floor cleared as, they announced for the Quidditch Teams to make their entrances.

First, the Applebys made their entrance, all dressed so elegant and fresh. The announced in a formation of Seeker first, Keeper, Beaters and then Chasers. Then came Ballycastle Bats, then Banchory Bangers. They all walked to circular platforms all around the main dance floor. The platforms faced the tables for the public to watch. A few people would stand around the room every time some players were introduced. I was just waiting for one specific group.

"Caerphilly Catapults!" Minister Kingsley introduced as all the players approached. Matthew stood up front, brooding and tall. He was also the Captain apparently. Then, when the Chudley Canons came, Ron jumped to his feet and clapped. Then were the Falmouth Falcons.

"Let's welcome the stunning ladies of this striking newly designed team this year! Let's give a round of applause for the seeker, Marylyn Garcid." A tall, blonde, dressed in satin grey woman walked in from behind the silver curtains to the mid of the dance floor. She could've easily been twenty or so, "Keeper, Gwency Parsons!" A brunette, short haired slightly shorter than Marylyn girl walked in. She could've been about twenty as well and it showed in her red dress, "Beater Cassie McPhillias!" A bob hair brunette walked in a baby pink dress, "Beater also Captain of the Hollyhead Harpies, Gwenog Jones!" Two tables, across the room, roared with joy. We clapped and cheered her on as well, as she walked in a yellow flaring dress with hair tied loosely behind her, "This year, our dear Gwenog Jones refreshed the group of Chasers after a massive retirement! Let's welcome these young ladies to the world Broom, Bat and Ball. Chaser Wilda Griffiths!" A pale, blonde and pale blue dressed girl walk and stood beside Cassie. She almost looked like Luna. I could see Cho and a few other girls across the room, hoot and clap for her, "Chaser Valmai Morgan!" Another pale but dark haired girl, dressed in a bottle green, net flaring dress and stood beside Wilda, "And finally, and may I say the most youngest, new addition Chaser Ginevra Weasley!" Ginny walked on, confidently, yet a blush on her cheeks. We all stood and clapped for her. My face hurt with the smile on my face and her eyes searched the room. They found me and I nodded. Her face relaxed and she stood beside Gwenog, "Ladies and Gentlemen, representing Wales in its prime, the Hollyhead Harpies!" The girls clapped as the crowd honoured them and walked to a platform behind the dance floor. Cormac hooted for her and I suppose it was nice that he cared.

The rest of the teams walked in and we hooted for Oliver Wood as well, when he walked as the best keeper for the Puddlemere United team.

When the room settled, some male players, met other female players and dragged them to the dance floor. I watched Ginny shake her head with a laugh as Matthew dragged her to the floor and the met with an embrace. Soft music played, and Gwenog, Wood, Matt and Ginny amongst other players, danced to the room. It was a spitting image of how the Triwizard Yule Balls went, when the champions started the night. Ginny was dancing so elegantly that the disco ball shimmered in her graceful beauty. She was truly a sight for the heart.

When Matt finally parted from her, he kissed her knuckles and left. She swayed from between the couples and walked to us.

"I'm so proud of you." Hermione squealed, taking Ginny in a hug. Luna came from the other side and Ginny wrapped her up in a hug as well. Neville gave her a side hug and then Ron took her in a careful embrace. It was heartwarming to see the pride in his eyes as he laid a careful kiss on the top of her head and mutter that he was proud of her.

"Let's dance." Neville offered Luna. They both set out. Hermione gave me a knowing look and dragged Ron to the floor. I was left with Ginny, Cormac and Romilda as she picked a flute of firewhiskey from out table and gulped it down.
