I don't own any of the characters. All credit goes to the Epic J.K. Rowling of course and always.
Harry
It was Christmas. I knew Ginny and Hermoine were already on the train home. I was excited and knew by evening, I would see them and I could have her for two weeks. No leaving when the sun would set or absence when the dawn would hit, atleast sometimes.
Unfortunately, I didnt have it off. My weeks were taken by work but I was working on managing it. This was our first Christmas. Free of any expected interruption, hopefully.
Done with work, I took the floo connection from the Ministry straight to the Weasleys house and when I landed, I bumped into a hard body. I looked up to find George smiling at me.
"Harry!" He chuckled, hugging me.
"Hey, George, how are you?" I asked as we walked around to the lounge in the back. Mr. Weasley, Ron and Hermoine were there. Bill and Fleur were in the kitchen with Mrs. Weasley. Hermoine ran around the couch and leapt at me.
"Harry!" She laughed.
"Hermoine." I grunted, letting her go.
I greeted everyone and then Hermoine told me that Ginny went upstairs to clean up. Hermoine was already in comfortable home clothing and I thought it best to go upstairs and surprise her. I knocked on her door and heard an acceptance to enter. When I opened the door slowly, Ginny was in her towel robe. Her dark wet hair draping on her shoulder and she was emptying her trunk, that was set on her bed. I entered quietly and shut the door.
"Harry." She chuckled, turning on her toes.
"Miss Weasley." I crossed my arms.
"Hi." She walked and hugged me. Very slow. Very quiet. Something didn't feel upbeat.
"Ginny?" I squeezed her.
"I missed you." She giggled in my shoulder, then looked up grinning slightly. I held her tight to me. Locking the door behind me, I walked to the bed and threw her on the empty side. Sliding on top of her, I kissed her cheeks, her neck. She took off my glasses and placed them aside, taking me down to her again. We were locked passionately when her door was knocked on. I groaned, getting her to stand.
She fixed her robe and I wore my glasses sitting on the bed as she opened the door. Ron stood with raised brows. I shook my head. Git.
"What're-"
"Stop it, Ron!" Hermoine giggled, coming behind him.
"Is she..." I chuckled, coming up behind Ginny.
"Drunk?" Ginny bit her lip.
"A little." Ron sighed. She hugged him from behind and he stumbled slightly, "I'm taking her to bed, she told mum that you're taking Ginny to Grimmauld Place. Mum's alright with it." He wrapped an arm around her and squeezed her close, "She didnt realize she drank two firewhiskeys."
"Thats not too much." I chuckled. Ginny looked back at me with a raised brow, "Not that.. I've only heard." I cleared my throat. Only once had I drunk a full bottle of firewhiskey, when Barnsite chugged two.
"Thanks Ron. Goodnight, Hermoine." I snickered and Ginny bid them goodnight.
"Grimmauld place?" She turned to me, leaning against the door. I came close and held her waist.
"Thought we could spend some time there." I smirked.
"Sounds good." She grinned.
We went down for dinner after and then through floo powder, headed to the Grimauld Place. Ginny gasped, when i straightened her. We stood right under a large weave made out of mistletoe. Her cheeks turned red and then her shoulders bounced in a chuckle.
