Harry

I woke up to the sound of a snap. Hermione stood in her pyjamas but combed hair.

"What're you doing out here?" She asked. Ron was standing in the opening between the dining area and lounge.

"Ginny kicked him out, didnt she?" Ron chuckled.

"Why?" Hermione asked as i sat up and put my glasses on. I didnt put the blanket on me but somehow I was covered in it.

"Did you..." i asked Ron. He shook his head and so did Hermione. Though mad, I know she put it on me.

"I just told her I've got work today and she flipped out." I yawned.

"Harry, you dim wit." Hermione groaned.

"What? Why?"

"She thought you took off till after New Years."

"I didnt tell her about the work?" I dropped my head in my hands.

"Mate, you really are dim." Ron laughed. I picked up a cushion and threw it at him.

"Whats the time?"

"Seven."

"I still have to go." I groaned, getting up. I pushed past a laughing Ron and prayed that the door was unlocked, it was. Ginny and Teddy were sleeping on the bed. Teddy had his arm laying over Ginny's neck and she had hers on his waist, while the other under his head. His other arm was sprawled on the other side as he slept on his front. I smirked at the sight. Tip toeing to the cabinet, i pulled out a blue button shirt and black pants along with my gray coat. And then I headed back out for a shower. After a good minute of showering, I quickly fixed myself and walked out. Ginny and Teddy were still slightly snoring.

I bit my lip and walked over to them quietly. Gently pressing a hand in Teddy's hair, i pecked her cheek and left. She was going to kill me but i still have to finish the day before that.

"Potter?" Minister Kingley walked in as i stood up from behind the pile of files. Barnsite was off.

"Yes, Minister?"

"What're you doing here?" He grinned.

"Er, um, i had work to finish."

"You shouldve taken the week off. Its Christmas and New Year." He snickered.

"All due to respect, Minister but I see you chose not to stay home either."

"Actually, i was on my way out but I will have to come back tomorrow. Duties of being a Minister." He nodded.

"Right." I dropped my head.

"Take the week off, Potter." He basically ordered before leaving the office. I checked the hour on the clock and it was two.

"Just another hour." I had to finish a few reports or some trials of a few offenders would've been postponed.

It was four when I finished and picked up the files. Heading out, i went to court administration and handed them out. She nodded thankfully and headed back to my office. I picked up my blazer and headed out.

I had a wife to apologize to.

When I came back to the Burrow, I found it empty.

Where was everybody?

"Percy?" I asked as he trudged down the stairs.

"Hey." Percy smirked.

"Where is everybody?"
