I don't own any of the characters. All credit goes to the Epic J.K. Rowling of course and always.
Harry
Next morning, Ginny prepped the kids to be dropped at Mrs. Weasley's. She was starting her Divinition lessons that day and had to be at Hogwarts for her first lesson, around eleven. I helped her when she woke the kids around eight. I was going to Hogwarts as well. I had a sixth year class to teach. Jenna was thrilled to hear that I was taking over for a few days. She said she could use a break and spend some time with Ed since she hadn't had much since we returned from our little adventure. When she mentioned that, i offered to take over the whole week, since Ginny was working as well. She was extra thankful for it and it felt nice to do that for her.
We dropped the kids around ten at Mrs. Weasley's and informed her that they might be staying for the week and we might visit during. She was delighted to take them in since, Fleur was visiting as well with Victoire and Dominique.
When we landed in McGonagall's office, she gave us a surprisingly welcoming smile.
"Morning, Professor." We greeted.
"Morning, Potter. Mrs. Potter." She nodded at the two of us and even thought married for about five years now, Ginny would still turn a bit red when someone would address her as Mrs. Potter. It made me wonder how many years had she liked me and how many years I'd avoided her because of it.
"I believe I dont have to show you to your classrooms?"
"No, Professor." Ginny smirked, "Though my first class seems to be at two, I chose to came in with Harry."
"Thats alright. You may head out, Potter. You have a class, I believe in thirty minutes."
"Yes, Professor." I nodded and Ginny did the same before we walked out.
"Feels like we were here together, ages ago." Ginny sighed as we laced our fingers together, walking the hallway.
"I know. I can't believe how much of the same it looks. After everything, I thought it would be completely destroyed but it looks like nothing's changed." I sighed.
"Will you be alright?" She asked as we were nearing my classroom.
"Yeah. Not my first time."
"Okay. Have fun." She kissed my cheek and I entered my classroom. She waved me goodbye outside and I realized that my class would start filing in soon so I caught up with what Jenna had left for me. All seemed well. I was supposed to hand out assignments on the disarming charm and it was kind of exciting. Soon my class came in and settled.
"Good morning." I inhaled a deep breath, looking around, "I'm Harry Potter and I will be your professor, well, just for this one class." I shrugged. Some students chuckled but my eyes landed on a dark reddish-brown head boy who had his head lowered and sat in the back. I could see him fidgeting with the corner of the parchment on his table and i simply raised a brow thinking of why he seemed lost. Maybe he was shy.
"We'll be talking a bit about the disarming charm. I know, it sounds easy but I'd like to know where it came from. Who first performed it? Famous examples of its usage. The parchment is due next class, so get right on it. Some material is provided on page ninety-two of your books."
