In this story, Mya is an ex SHEILD agent who left because of the Hydra take over and falls in love with a man who is hiding more than he is saying.
So what do you do for work?" he asked her as his knee rubbed up against her leg. She bit her lip as s...
It had been six months since Mya left the Avengers compound. The manila envelope that Nat had given Mya had enough money to last her the year, a new passport under a different name, a burner phone, and the address to this cabin in the woods. She had wrote her a note with it;
This is where I stayed when I needed to escape from today.
The only other person who knows about it is Stark.
But it is meant to be my escape so he will not say anything to anyone.
Be safe. Love Nat
She had texted Nat that night she arrived and told her she made it safely. Nat only responded saying if she needed anything, to text her.
When Mya arrived to the cabin, it took her breath away. It was small but stunning, it was located outside of the city in the far end of the woods. The only way to find it is if you had been there before.
Mya was curled up on the couch right across from the fire place reading a book from Stephen King when she heard the burner phone vibrate. She left the book open, face down on the couch as she walked over the the end table where the phone was charging.
Stay out of town for the next few days. -N
Mya arched her eyebrow as she set the phone back down. Every few days she would jog to the town, it was only five miles from her, and get enough supplies for a few days. Then she would make the walk back. She missed the human interaction, she missed Bucky every single day. She slipped the phone into her pocket as she picked up her book. Setting it back in it's place on the book shelf, she walked upstairs to head to bed.
In the bottom level of the cabin was the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, with a small wood table set in the center of the kitchen and living room. But the top level was like a giant bed room, no walls, no doors, everything just felt so open.

Nat had a large collection of books, a lot were in Russian, but the ones that weren't were a combination of horror and thriller sets. Mya had almost read every single book she had, she was about to learn Russian so she could read the other half.
Every night Mya went through the same problem, that she didn't want to sleep. If she wasn't dreaming about Bucky, she was dreaming about the day Rumlow kidnapped her. It was like a reel that never ended.
She curled up into the bed, as she let sleep drown out her fears.
