Surviving Bucky

Starting Over

The next morning Mya woke up with Bucky's warm body laying right next to her, his leg draped over hers. She smiled at him as she played with his long hair, but then she remembered the stupid thing she had done.
He was never going to forgive her for that.
But he did say he wanted to start a new.
Mya rolled out of bed as she went to go get dressed to start her day.

Mya let Bucky rest as she walked downstairs and made herself a cup of coffee.
"I see the Iron Giant made it to your bed safe and sound," Mya turned around to see Loki sitting at the table, with a smile playing on his lips.
"That's none of your business."
"OF course not love. If you want to sleep with one man and jump into bed with another, that's your prerogative." Mya threw her coffee at Loki, only to see it fall to the floor.
"Where are you at Loki? If you're going to call me a whore at least say it to my face!"
"In due time love, I came to Asgard for business purposes, but I will be back real soon. Try and be a good girl. Even though you play the bad role so well," he gave her a wicked smile as his image disappeared.
"Fuck!"Mya yelled out as she pushed her hands through her head. She knew she was going to have to find a way to tell Bucky. He was going to hate her.
"Is everything okay?" Mya turned around to see Bucky coming down the stairs.

"When did you find the time to shave and cut your hair?"
"While I was in the shower this morning, I was going to invite you to join me.  But you were already gone,"Bucky winked at her as he leaned in and gave her a kiss. Mya ran her hand through his now short hair and kissed him teasingly.
"If you all are going to do that, I am going to blow chunks in here," Tony walked in right past them as he grabbed the pot of coffee and poured himself a cup.
"Morning Stark," Bucky said annoyingly as he walked over to grab a mug for himself.
"Hey Tony, " Mya greeted him as she handed Bucky her mug and he refilled it.
"Mya, I still want you to go train with Nat. And then you'll be doing a weapons course with myself and Steve."
"I could run the weapons course with her," Bucky added in. Tony looked at him and rolled his eyes.
"Sure after you run others things with her."
"It's okay Tony. I'll go meet up with Nat right now." Mya leaned over and kissed Bucky on the lips as she walked upstairs to the training room.  Once she got there
Nat was kicking the punching bag.

"Hey sexy, looking good,"Mya winked at her as she set her mug down.
"Don't play with me, Mya. You wouldn't be able to keep up," Nat smiled as she was breathing heavily, trying to catch her breath.
"I don't think I want to. You're kinda scary." Mya slipped off her sweater as she got into the ring. Nat laughed as she got in behind her.
"Are you going to show me those SHEILD moves?"
"Only if you show me the Russian spy moves."
Nat gave a running start as she punched Mya in the shoulder, Mya grabbed Nat from behind the neck and swung her until she fell to the floor. Nat quickly got up and began to kick, aiming high, but Mya grabbed her foot and swiped her leg out from under her.
"You're quick, I like that," Nat smiled as she gave her a roundhouse kick, landing right on her eye. But with all adrenaline now running through Mya's body, she rolled away and jumped to her feet. She took a running start as she jumped up and punched Nat right in the jaw, Nat grabbed Mya's arm and swung her right out of the ring, Mya landed on the granite floor with a loud thud.
"OW," Mya said as she rolled on her back and laughed.
"My bad, but I was taking it easy on you," Nat jumped down as she went to go help Mya up.
"It's okay, that's why it's called training."
"You came off a little aggressive towards the end, is everything okay?" Nat helped Mya over to the bench as she sat her down, and sat right next to her.
"Bucky came back last night."
"OH shit...."
"Yeah, and he dropped the L bomb and said he wants us to start a new. He apologized for Rumlow."
"What the fuck? Did you tell him about you and Loki?"
"What about her and Loki?"
Mya and Nat turned around to see Bucky and Steve in the training room, Steve looked away as he nodded his head at Nat, she took her cue and left the room with Steve.
"Bucky I wanted to tell you last night..."
"So tell me now. What happened with you and Loki?"
"We had sex last night...." Mya watched as his beautiful blue eyes filled with jealousy and hurt. He looked away from her as he began to pace the floor, pushing his hands through his short hair.
"Are you fucking serious Mya?"
"Bucky we had already gone our separate ways and...."
"For God's sake, I told you I love you!"
"Don't put that on me!"
"Is that why you didn't want to have sex with me last night? Fucking two guys in one day too much for you?" The slap echoed through the empty room, Mya had cracked a good one across Bucky's face that left them both quiet. Bucky looked at the ground as Mya left the room in tears. She almost ran into Steve and Nat who were standing right outside the room.
"Mya are you okay?" Nat reached for Mya, but she ran away crying.
