Nat was standing in the dressing room as she fixed Mya's hair into an elegant braid with small white flowers.
"What's going on?" Nat asked as she gently tugged on her hair.
"What do you mean?" Mya snapped out of her trance as she looked up into the mirror to see Nat looking at her.
"You're very quiet, especially for a bride on her wedding day."
"I am just so scared Nat..... what if I fuck this up like I do with everything else in my life."
"Mommy that's a bad word," Mya and Nat looked over at Emily playing with Alessandra on the floor. Emily scrunched up her face as she shook her head at Mya. They only laughed at her reaction.

"You're right baby, but me and your Aunt Nat need to talk about boys right now, so why don't you take Al out to Uncle Steve so he can take you to the moon?"
"Yes I love going to the moon!" Emily squealed as she grabbed her sister's hand and they walked out of the room. Steve would toss them in the air a little higher than most people would and Emily swore that she almost touched the moon last time. Once they were out of sight, Nat kneeled down right in front of Mya as she placed her hands on her knees.
"I know you're scared. You're just like me, that in the past we've done bad things that still haunt us at night. But we don't have to settle for our past. Look what you've done. You had two very beautiful girls who look up to you as a goddess. You brought Loki back from a very dark place and let him build a relationship with Emily. I mean he's still an ass sometimes but he wouldn't be here right now if it's wasn't for you. You are saving people but you're so consumed with what you do and don't deserve you can't see it," Mya sat there quietly as Nat's words hit her to her core. Tears streamed down her face as she gave Nat a weak smile.
Nat smiled at her as she grabbed some tissues from the vanity and dabbed Mya's face to dry the tears away.
"It's a good thing we waited to do the make up," Mya said as she let out a small chuckle.
"Joke all you want, but you changed everyone's life for the better. You deserve this Mya. You deserve love and to be loved. You're my best friend and I love you," Mya wrapped her arms around Nat as she cried just a little harder. But it was from happiness, she couldn't believe how her life changed in the past few years.
