I'm Sorry For Breaking your Heart

Mya walked to where Bruce had located Loki. He had traveled to a small town outside of the city, following a lead that might lead him back to his daughter. Thor had warned her to be careful because tracking Loki was far too easy. But she had Bucky, Steve, and Sam watching her six from a distance.

Mya walked down the busy sidewalk as she rolled up to the empty building that had Loki's location pin pointed at. She carefully opened the door as she checked her surroundings, she gently touched the ear piece she had in her ear.

"Bottom floor is clear."

"10-4." BUCKY responded as Mya walked up the stairs. There she saw Loki.

"I was wondering when you were going to come."

"Well you left me no choice after you practically beat my father to death." Loki laughed as he dragged his long fingers over his pale chest.

"You honestly believe that man was a father to you? After all he did? Stealing our child. Erasing your memories. Hiding you away from me."

"He had good reason to do it. Besides, I am not the only one with daddy issues."

"Don't compare a God to a mere man."

"Loki this isn't a game. You are supposed to be arrested for your crime." Loki threw his head back as he laughed. He pushed his fingers through his black hair as he shook his head.

"You honestly forgot how much I meant to you?"

"That's the problem, I haven't forgotten anything about you. I remember all the good times we had but along with that I remember all the evil you committed and the countless of people you hurt along the way. "

"AND I WILL KEEP HURTING THEM UNTIL I FIND MY DAUGHTER!"

"Loki listen to yourself! Would you allow someone like yourself around an innocent child?!"

"Yes because I can protect her. Like the coward you are, you threw her away."

"Fuck you Loki!"

"No you don't get to be mad when you finally hear the truth. Everyone around here thinks you're so goddamn special when in reality you're just as bad as me, if not worst. Let's see if we can unlock that side of you." Loki stalked over towards her as Mya backed up, hitting the wall behind her. Loki stretched his hand out as he tried to place in on Mya's head, but she quickly grabbed his wrist and flipped him.

"WE'RE COMING IN! GET OUT OF THERE!"

Mya heard Bucky yell through the earpiece as she sprinted down the steps and reached for the door. Loki grabbed her by the arm, turned her around and throwing her body against the wall. Her body crumpled to the floor in pain as she began to crawl away.

"OH look, she is still trying to fight destiny! You're pathetic!" Loki walked over her as he grabbed a handful of her red hair and pulled her up from the floor. Mya screamed out in pain as Loki pushed her up against the wall and pinned her body down with his own.

"I am going to make you remember. Who you really are. And how you once couldn't live without me," the last few words were thick in Loki's throat as he slapped his palm on Mya's forehead. She screamed out in pain as all these memories came flooding into her head. But just as he was filling her head with memories, he was also taking key memories out. Mya stopped screaming as she looked around the room confused, and then she looked up at Loki and smiled.

"Loki! I missed you!" She threw her arms over his shoulders as she stepped on her tippy toes and kissed him. Loki was smiling as he saw from the corner of his eye, he saw Bucky and Sam run in. He saw the instant when Bucky's heart broke.

"Mya!" Bucky screamed, snapping her away from what she was doing.

"Do I know you?" Bucky's eyes got glossy when he heard her response. He then focused on Loki and ran over towards him. Loki only smiled as he waved goodbye to them, he then made himself and Mya disappear into this air.
