Mya began to stir slowly as her eyes fluttered open, she saw Bucky sitting on the couch as he balanced Emily on his knee. When he saw Mya's eyes opened he placed Emily down gently as he walked over to her and began to gently kiss her.

"How do you manage to keep scaring me half to death?" He said in between kisses. Mya smiled over at Emily and then up at him.

"Imagine how I feel. I think I need to take out an insurance policy being around you," Mya returned the kiss as she held it a bit longer. Bucky smiled against her lips as he pushed her bangs away.

"You really did scare us. I don't know how I'd live without you."

"Well thankfully you don't have to find out today. Did you braid my hair?" Mya asked as she twirled the end of the braid between her fingers.

"Baby I don't even brush my own hair. Nat came in here every day to talk to you while you rested and would brush your hair every day."

"Huh, I don't remember. How many days has it been?"

"You've been here 16 days."

"16 days?! Where's my baby?"

Bucky pointed to the other end of the couch where this tiny human being was propped against a pillow chewing on a binky.

"She's sitting up already?" Mya gasped as tears rolled down her eyes.

"Yeah Bruce came to see her after the 2nd day when she grabbed my index finger and shook it hard enough to leave a bruise. I guess some of the soldier super serum is in her."

"She is yours??" Mya looked at him with tears rolling down her eyes.

"Yes babe, even if she wasn't I would of still stayed because I love you and this is my family." Mya began to cry as Bucky kneeled down next to her and held her.

"Why is mommy crying?" Emily asked, which just made Mya cry harder.

"Why is she calling me mommy?"

"I guess Nat and Steve answered some of her curious questions and she decided to call me daddy and you mommy since we take care of her just like a mom and dad do." Bucky picked up Emily and sat her next to Mya. Emily jumped ontop of Mya and wrapped her in a toddler size hug.

"OH Gosh you're getting so big now," Mya said as she kissed Emily on the forehead.

"Yes Uncle Steve buys me good things from the machine but Aunt Nat yells at him for it." Mya and Bucky laughed at her response.

"Can you hand me my baby?" Bucky stood up as he grabbed the baby like you would a toddler and placed her in Mya's arms.

"What's her name?"

"I don't know, I didn't want to name her without you." Mya smiled at him as she looked into the babies deep green eyes, just like her daddies.

"I was thinking we could name her Alessandra."

"That's a beautiful name," Bucky leaned down and kissed Mya. Right at that second there was a knock at the door, it slowly opened as Thor poked his head in.

"I hear congratulations are in order," he said with a big smile as he walked over to Bucky and shook his hand. Thor then walked over to Mya and kissed her on the cheek. Then placing a soft kiss on Alessandras head.

"She's so tiny, my hammer is larger than her."

"Give her time, she'll grow soon enough to kick your ass," Bucky said as he slapped Thor on the back as Thor let out a mighty laugh.

"Barnes I was wondering if you would allow me to speak to Mya alone for a few minutes?"

Bucky looked hesitant as he looked over at her, but Mya nodded her head as she handed the baby over to him. Bucky grabbed Emily next as he carried both of them out of the room. Once the door closed behind him Thor looked over at Mya with a solemn look on his face.

"I know you're just waking up and recovering, but I have a huge favor to ask. And if you say no, I'd completely understand."

"What is it Thor?"

"I want to know if you could speak to Loki."

"Are you out of your...."

"He tried to kill himself last night," Thor said quietly. Mya bit her bottom lip as she shook her head.

"I am so sorry Thor."

"You have nothing to apologize for. Everything that has happened to him is because he put himself in that situation. But Mya, he's my brother. I couldn't live with myself if something were to happen to him and I didn't do something to prevent it."

"But what could I possible do Thor?"

"Give him closure, let him see Emily. Let him see that he could have a second opportunity without having to always be in the wrong. That he could live a righteous path. Odin already banned him from Asgard, but the Wizard is watching him until I get back. Normally I would never ask, but I am begging you. Please save my brother." Thors eyes began to tear up, as did Mya's. All she could do was nod her head.
