Win searched for his phone as soon as Bright left. This was huge. He couldn't contain his excitement within himself and after a few rings, as the call was received by other side, he started squealing.

"It's happening, it's happening! Oh my god..it's finally happening..."

Bright's grandma laughed on phone, "calm down Winnie..tell me slowly."

"I'm sorry mae I'm so whipped for your grandson."

"What do you mean your grandson? You're my grandson too."

"Yeah if that assures me he does not become my phi."

"He was never just a phi to you. Now tell me, did something happen at club?"

"No", Win said, "I brought him home and we were talking and I asked him if I was just a kid in his eyes like you told me to."

"What did he say?"

"Nothing. But he left this note and it says, I've come to like climbing on trees. See you at the farm tomorrow night - Mr. Wolfie. Isn't that so cute mae?"

"My grandson is so slow. I feel like I'm taken back to my childhood. Who likes old school romance these days?"

"Mae", Win said defensively, "he's cute. You don't know anything about romance."

"You haven't even started dating and you already forgot mae?"

"I was kidding", Win giggled, "who else will tell me about Mr. Bright if I forget you?"

"I see..love makes people blind."

Win laughed. He had loved Bright's grandma ever since his mother died. He was thirteen when he met her first in a party at Chivaaree's. Bright was already in Bangkok that time. It was then when his grandma started adoring Win so much and they became closer with time. Like Bright, Win would share everything with her. She was the one who would tell Win, the stories of Bright, his likes, his dislikes, his relationships, his fears, everything. However, one thing she never understood and Win never told her was the reason why Win admired Bright so much especially when he had only seen his photos in beginning. It was, as grandma recalled, in the party that they first met in person. Win had told her everything that happened since night. And even though she couldn't understand her Winnie's reasons, she trusted and loved him too much to just sit and see him put his best efforts. She was melted each time he'd talk about Bright. And she knew if he melted her, he'd melt her grandson too.

"Mae..do you think he'd break it up with phi Joss?"

"Oh don't worry about him. I know Bright. You just focus on winning his heart, okay?"

Win blushed and they said goodbyes. He went out of the basement and reached his father's room, he was still working it seemed.

"Dad? Shall I make dinner?"

"Okay but just let me finish this first and then I'll company you to.....wait Win?"

Mr. Aripin frowned, "why are your cheeks so red? Why are you smiling son you're scaring me."

Win giggled and sat next to him.

"Dad", Win said, "what if I told you I finally found that boy?"

Mr. Aripin's eyes widened in a pleasant surprise, "you mean your knight in shining armour?"

"Dad! You seriously need to forget I ever said that."
