A somber bar stood in the street
Frail and shaking, empty
It was devoid of customers,
While people roamed lonely

He walked past it suddenly,
Swearing at the loud radio that played
He saw the empty bar and his eyes froze,
He couldn't keep the memories at bay

A million of them surged from
The very back of his brain,
He did not know how
But he knew she was to blame
