*skip back to Australia* (sorry guys)

"Emma!" I called as she played outside with Noah, "we've got to go sweetheart!"

We were meeting the boys for dinner. Calum and Ashton recently got girlfriends and we decided that we would all go out to dinner tonight.

"Are we going to see Uncle Cal?" She asked me as I put her in the car.

"Yes, we are. We're getting Laura on the way, okay?"

She nodded and I kissed her forehead before I got in the car and began driving towards Laura's place.

I went and knocked on her door, Brooklyn opening it with a sad face.

"What's wrong?" I asked her as I walked in.

"Just go talk to her Luke. She needs you. I'll go sit with Emma," she spoke as she walked out and shut the door.

"Laura? Baby, where are you?" I called as I walked upstairs.

I heard her crying, which made me more concerned. Her door was opened and I walked inside, seeing her bathroom door closed.

I walk up and knock on it, her cries ending.

"Laura? Open up sweets," I spoke concerned as I tried opened the door.

"I'm fine, I promise. I'll be out in a second," she spoke.

"Don't hide it, please. Just open the door," I spoke.

I heard the door opened and I looked up, anger filling inside my body.

She had a bruise the size of fucking Canada on her stomach and a black eye, along with a busted lip.

"What the fuck happened?" I asked as I examined her injuries carefully.

She wouldn't answer me, she just looked away.

"Laura, sweetheart, I need you to tell me," I spoke.

"It'd hurt you too much Luke," she whispered.

What does she mean by that? Did my fans do this?

"They didn't, did they?" I asked with disbelief.

She nodded and I was going to turn but she grabbed my shoulders.

"No Luke, don't leave. Don't do anything you'll regret," she pleaded.

She grabbed my hands and made me look up at her.

"Calm down," she spoke as her shaky hand went to the side of my face, her thumb caressing my temple.

"I love you so much Luke, please just calm down. Oh shit baby, don't cry," she spoke as I dropped my head.

It shouldn't have to be this way, she shouldn't have to go through this.

"It shouldn't have to be this way. They shouldn't do that, dear god I feel awful. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," I spoke as a few tears fell from my face.

My chest started to tighten and my breathing became faster than usual.

"Let's get you home," she spoke as she grabbed my hand and rushed me downstairs.

Laura told Brooklyn she needed to keep Emma here for a while tonight, and she didn't mind. Neither of them minded.

She led me to the passenger side and she rushed to get up front. She sped back to my house, grabbing my phone from the console and dialing someone's number.

Shit, I hate my anxiety. My chest really hurts and I can't hear her anymore. My eyesight is starting to go black.

//

"I tried, dear god I tried hiding it. He just wouldn't let me."

"Shh, Laura calm down. Its okay, he's okay. He gets this way sometimes."

"But this time it's my fault, Calum. What do I do?"

"It's not your fault, I can promise you that. This has happened many times before. He'll be fine."

"I ruined the night. I'm so sorry, I should probably leave."

"Don't go," i croaked as I opened my eyes and let my arm go limp, my hand dangling from the side of the bed.

"Shit dude, are you okay?" Michael asked as he rushed to my bedside.

I nodded and my eyes locked on Laura's sad ones.

"Sorry you had to witness that ladies," I spoke embarrassed towards Macy, Lily, and Grace.

Grace is Ashton's girlfriend. She's got brown hair and is a tomboy. She kind of fits Ashton, which I like.

Lily is Calum's girlfriend. She's got blonde hair and she's also kind of tomboy also. She's bubbly and can help you in any situation possible, if she can't help she finds a way. She's amazing and Calum likes her a lot.

"It's fine, you just feel better, okay? We'll give you space," Lily spoke as everyone left, except for Laura.

She was crying her eyes out, poor thing.

"C'mere," I whispered raspily as she walked over and laid next to me, her crying into my chest.

"Please don't cry," I whispered as I rubbed her back.

"It's my fault, I caused you to do that. I'm sorry, I'm an awful girlfriend," she spoke.

"Hey, don't say that. You're not an awful girlfriend, Laura. You are utterly amazing and I love you so much. You're fine just the way you are," i told her as she sniffled.

"I shouldn't have told you, I should've kept it to myself," she spoke.

I sighed, "Sweetheart I'm not mad at you. I'm angry at them. They hurt you and that's not okay."

"I know, but the way Calum and the boys reacted on Twitter scared the shit out of me. Who knows how you'll act."

"The reason they did that is because they love you, Laura. I would do it for Lily or Grace or Macy too. I'd especially do it for you because I love you so much," I told her as I kissed her head.

"I love you so much more," she spoke as she lifted her head and kissed my lips.

"Now, you need to eat and I need to quit being a crybaby. Lets go get food, I'm hungry and don't feel like making you anything," she spoke as she sat up and rested on her knees.

"Grab my wallet," I told her as I started to get out of bed.

"No, my treat handsome, lets go tell the others," she spoke as I walked out behind her, grabbing my wallet on the way out.

"You grabbed it didn't you?"

"Yeah, I love you though."
