Okay, just do it. Just go up to his door, knock and wait for him to answer. When he answers just hit him in the face. No, no, no, just act as if everything is normal and when you're inside his house and not on the street, crush him. Oh no, what if his mum answers the door? Fuck sake Hattie, just go up to that door and bang on it. He cheated on you with your best friend for Christ sake. What are you still doing pacing back and forth in the middle of his drive?

"I'm fucking coming for you Jacob." I mumbled to myself as I marched furiously up to the Crimson front door. I knocked on it loudly and took a step back, my knuckles hurting slightly from the contact. "Come on, come on," I impatiently waited while bending my knees. The door opened frantically revealing Jacob's dad. I forced myself to smile, greeting him with my usual grin.

"Hattie!" He smiled as he stepped to the side, "we wasn't expecting you this evening."

"I know, I'm so sorry to just turn up like this. Is Jacob here? I just need to ask him something real quick." I said as I nervously stepped into the large house, his dad nodded.

"Yeah he's in the garden, do go through." He said as he pointed his chubby finger down the hall. I rushed carelessly out into the large garden and stopped dead in my tracks when I noticed all the shirtless, tanned boys. The sun was setting and they were all having a bbq on the decking in his garden.

"Are you alright, sweetheart?" A boy asked me, he was beside me making me turn to him, the first thing I noticed was his tall frame hovering over me. He had chestnut brown curly hair that was slightly wet, I suppose he's been in the pool as the sun glistened off of his toned abs. His blue eyes trailed up and down my body and I got chills while he smirked as he checked me out. "You look a little lost."

"I'm looking for Jacob. Do you know where he is?" I asked and the boy nodded slowly, like he was disappointed at the mention of his name, his smile slightly faded although it was still present.

"I'm Brett," he introduced and I nodded.

"Where's Jacob?" I asked and he smiled again.

"Tell me your name and why you want him, and I'll tell you where he is." He said curiously. I rolled my eyes as I waved for him to come closer. He bent down a little so his face was closer to mine.

"I'm Hattie, Jacob's my boyfriend and has been cheating on me with my best friend and I'm looking for him so I can dump him and possibly break his nose if I'm feeling up to it." I explained and he pulled back, shock on his face before he nodded in appreciation.

"If you don't break his nose, I'll do it." He said before he winked at me, I laughed as goosebumps appeared on my skin. At least someone cares, right?

"Are you cold?" He asked and I shook my head, I avoided eye contact as I looked around. He cannot know I think he's hot. And under the circumstances? I was about to dumb my boyfriend, I can't get with one of his friends can I... Or, can I?

"Where's Jacob?" I asked, "can you tell me please, I really want to get this over with."

"I'll take you to him." He said, "that way you don't have to do this alone."

"Thanks Brett," I smiled as I followed him past all the incredibly fit half naked boys and to the end of the garden where the pool was. Brett lead me to the edge and I looked at Jacob floating around and I rolled my eyes.

"Jacob, your girl is here to see you." Brett called out and I raised my eyebrow as Jacob didn't move.

'Fuck sake, why are girls so needy? Wait, I'm bound to get some sex..' Jacob thought. I can hear thoughts. I'm a rare type of Kitsune. I am a Neuro Kitsune. I know what you're thinking... "Big," he pointed out and Jacob sat up and opened his eyes. As soon as he saw me he panicked and fell off his float. The funny thing was, I couldn't read Brett's thoughts. I could hear all the boys thoughts at this 'party' or 'gathering' whatever it is, but Brett's. I couldn't hear a thing and it made me uncomfortable.

"Hattie, I-I can explain." He spluttered as he gasped for air. I put my hand on my hip and laughed slightly.

'Fuck, fuck, fuck, she knows' he thought.

"Uh huh, go on then." I stated.

"I-I, uh, well, it just happened." He said and I laughed angrily.

"Just happened for 3 months, did it? I just don't get why you didn't dump me months ago if I wasn't doing it for you?" I asked but he shrugged.

"I just figured that if it was the other way round then I wouldn't mind so much so you must not mind that much." He said and I furrowed my eyebrows. How about you have some fun?

"Hey Brett," I turned to him and smirked before I bit my lip. "How about we put that to the test?"

Brett smirked in return as he put his hands on my waist and pulled me closer to him. I ran my hands along his muscles.

"Wow Brett, you must work out hard." I cooed before he leaned down slowly and pressed his lips to mine.

I happily moved my lips with his as our kiss suddenly got heated and fast. Brett's hands changed from being on my waist to one being on my boob and the other on my neck. I heard a splash.

"Right that's it," Jacob called as he got out of the pool. "Stop kissing my girlfriend."

I pulled away from Brett plainly because I had one thing to say to him.

"Ex-girlfriend." I laughed before I turned back to Brett who was still holding me close and our eyes were now locked. I noticed the tints of yellow in his blue eyes and I smiled.

'I did not just get dumped, I did not just get dumped. Fuck!' Jacob thought.

"You helped me out today Brett, I owe you one. Whatever you want. Name it and it's yours, within reason of course." I laughed, I was feeling pretty happy about it all.

"I'll keep that in mind," he said as he let me go and stepped back. "See you around neighbour," he winked as he walked away. Leaving me completely dumbfounded. Neighbour? Neighbour? I looked at Jacob who was staring at me like I was crazy.

'How dare you, fucking bitch!' Jacob shouted in his mind and I smirked as I looked at him.

"Oh honey, you'll miss me, I can guarantee it. Have fun with Annie." I smiled as I started to walk away.

'She's a better fuck anyway,'

I stopped in my tracks and turned around and faced him. I laughed angrily before I took 2 steps forward and raised my fist.

"You wouldn't," he challenged and I twisted my hips as I threw my arm forward, my clenched fist hitting him hard in the nose. He groaned loudly as he stumbled back, he lost his footing before he fell over the edge of the pool. A loud and big splash sounded making all the boys that had just witnessed it burst out into laughter. I myself, joined in with their laugher as I found myself being surprised that I had actually done something like that. Jacob stood up in the pool and clutched at his nose, the blood trickled down his body and into the water making me feel accomplished.

"You'll never find someone else like me!" Jacob shouted and I nodded.

"Thank god, I'm so glad! I feel sorry for the person that has to deal with you next." I shot back before I turned and walked towards the other boys.

I ignored their thoughts and headed towards the back door. I smiled and blushed as I passed Brett who was laughing with his friends. When did I get so confident? I strutted out of the house and went home. It felt amazing, even though my hand had already bruised.
