Why they can’t understand?

I can’t celebrate my birthday, because it’s the same day I lost two important persons in my life.

Why am I suffering from this pain?

How can I move on if each and everyday and everything I see, reminds me of Luhan.

And everynight was a nightmare of him.

Tell me, how am I supposed to move on?

I want to get drunk, and drunk and drunk until I die.

My life is worthless. I am worthless.

“Brittany, anak?” I get a grip hold on the beer that i’m drinking when I hear my father’s voice.

He held the beer in my hand and sipped from it.

“Alam mo ba dati, nung akala namin ikaw ang pumatay sa kapatid mo, lagi kaming umiiyak ng mommy mo. Walang araw na dumaan na hindi kami nasasaktan. Mas nadadagdagan yung sakit kapag nakikita ka namin na nagpupunta sa bahay.”

I let him speak. Maybe I really need someone to talk.

“Akala mo ba hindi kami nasasaktan tuwing itinataboy ka namin? *sigh* If you think that before, then you are wrong. Your mother cries your name everynight. She’s not cursing you, but she misses you so much that it’s too painful for her to accept the fact that we know before that you killed your brother.”

“Hindi ka ba nagtataka anak kung bakit hindi nauubos yung pera sa credit card mo? Hindi talaga yun mauubusan dahil kada buwan, naglalagay kami ng mommy mo ng 500,000 pesos doon. Akala mo ba wala kaming pakielam sayo? Mali ka dun. Naghire kami ng private agent para bantayan ka araw-araw. Para alamin kung ligtas ka ba palagi kahit hindi mo kami kasama.”
