I must've ended up falling asleep, because when I woke up, it was dark.

I crossed my arms, hugging myself as I shivered. My nose is red, along with the tips of my fingers. I could see my breath as I let out a shaky sigh.

"Damn, it's cold." I whispered, keeping my hat on and putting my hood up. I lifted my mask up so it kept my face warm, before standing. My music is still playing, so I reached over and turned it off.

I put my phone in my back pocket, looking over the edge. I could hardly see, so I took my phone out again, and turned on the flashlight.

I took a step forward and dropped off the wall, before catching myself with my gear. I landed on the ground, before hearing an audible 'neigh'.

"Jean, is that you?" I shined my flashlight over towards the horse that was looking back at me.

"Oh, no, but you two do look alike." I couldn't help myself.

I approached the horse carefully, not wanting to spook it. By the looks of it, it is a girl. She has a white mane that is complemented by her grey and white fur. She looks a little scared, and I can't blame her.

"Hey, hey, it's alright. I know you're scared, probably hungry too." I whispered while reaching a hand out. She nuzzled into my hand, and licked it.

"Why don't we both get outta here? Sound like a plan?" I asked while scratching her chin. She seemed to agree with my words, allowing me go to the side of her. I grabbed a hold of the saddle, before hoisting myself up onto it. The horse moved around a little, getting comfortable with my weight.

"Alright, we can start moving. It's night time so the freaks won't be too active," I said, clicking my tongue, and the horse started to move forward.

I have decided to think of a name for my new found friend. I've been thinking about it the whole time I've been on her throughout the night, but, I am stumped.

The sun is starting to rise, and I am currently in the middle of a small village. There are under 40 buildings at least, and I am on the edge of a forest.

"Alright," I hopped off of my horse, tying her to a fence. "Stay here, I'm gonna look for some food." I patted her head, before wondering further into the seemingly abandoned area.

I put my hand up behind my head, looking around while letting out a small whistle.

"Not a single person in this place, hopefully that's the same with those naked freaks," I mumbled.

I then went towards a building thats door is ajar. There are no lights inside, which is to be expected, seeing as though electricity doesn't exist yet. I think. Pretty positive.

I hummed, pulling out my phone and using it as a light. I went towards the cupboards and started opening them.

But, I am met with glass plates, cups, bowls. No food.

"Hmm," I furrowed my eyebrows, closing the cupboards. It's going to be winter soon, if my memory served correct, and I could just tell by how cold it is.

I opened a jar, raising a brow. Sugar cubes.

"Well, they can go to one of us." I grabbed a few, shoving them in my hoodie pocket. I then continued searching through more drawers, before my looking was interrupted by the noise of my horse.

I made my way to the entrance of the house, wanting to see what is going on.

'Oh.'

The Titans are walking around now, and it's now that I realized I probably should've skipped over this village. The Titans can smell me, and the reason I know that is because they were all making their way towards the house I currently reside in.
