|15| Totally a Captain

When I was fighting those Titans, I had seen the Cadets sitting on buildings in the distance. Of course I remember that they don't need my help, but, I want everyone to get a move on. So, after I had dropped off Andrew, I was quick to make my way to the Cadets that were all sitting on the roofs of buildings, feeling like they're all going to die.

"Everyone up," my feet landed on one of the roofs with a small sound as I spoke in Japanese. "And who the Hell are you?" I am so sad that Reiner's 17 right now, or I'd hit on him.

"I'm a Captain from the Scouting Regiment," I lied quickly. Everyone's eyes widened as they looked at me, seemingly gaining a little hope in their eyes.

"Why are you here? S-Shouldn't you be out with the others on their expedition?" Jean stood up beside Marco as he asked the question.

"I ended up spraining my ankle during training when my gear malfunctioned. I'm not supposed to be here, but, you lot looked like you could use the help," I said with a shrug.

"If it was me, I wouldn't of sent your sorry asses out here, you haven't even graduated," I shook my head.

"D-Do you have a plan?" His- sorry, Christa asked. I nodded my head.

"Ackerman, Braun, Leonhardt," as I said their last name, each of them looked at me. "You three will be at the front with me, I've seen you enough to know what you're capable of," as I spoke, I took a step forward and took a look around.

"Hoover, Kirstein, and Bodt, back of the group. Your job is to cover up the rear. Braus, left side, Springer, right side," as I threw out these orders, people started standing up. Sasha stood up beside Connie, drawing her blades hesitantly.

"Don't be scared, I chose all of you for a reason," as I said this, I looked at them all individually. I skipped over the trio, though, for, obvious reasons. Fucking assholes.

"Let's go, preserve your gas. We'll make way for everyone, just trust us," Mikasa was first to hop off the roof, propelling herself forward with her gas. And of course, she won't listen. It's like dealing with a more emotional Levi, so annoying.

I was the second to hop off, and I could hear everyone else following suite. The first Titan you lot came into contact with started making its way towards our flying figures. I shot ahead of Annie and Reiner as Mikasa shot past it, my hooks making contact with its throat as it reached out for you. But, I was too fast as my blades came into contact with the base of its neck.

My arms tensed as I gritted my teeth. I ripped through its neck, the head falling off, and the body falling to the floor. My feet made contact with its shoulder, propelling myself off of it and landing in front of Annie and Reiner.

"Holy shit!" Reiner said, staring at me with wide eyes. "Language Cadet," my eyes made contact with Mikasa's already falling figure, making me sigh and roll my eyes.

"Alert! Springer! Find her ass!!" I shouted back to the two Cadets. They were gone and looking for the girl in less than a second. I could feel the fear starting to rise as Cadets saw the two soldiers go off to find the best one out of them.

"Don't you think you should've sent anyone better than those two?" Reiner asked, causing me to take a glance at him. "I sent the right people, is there a problem, Cadet?" I could see him tense up, his eyes staring right back into mine that didn't waver.

"N-No ma'am," he stuttered. I looked forward and lead the group as we made a left. When I did, my eyes widened for a fraction of a second.

We were trying to get to the castle in the middle of Trost, but, blocking our way was five Titans bunched up together. And that's not counting the other ones on the castle, and behind them.
