I hold a torch in my hand, leading the group of people. On my horse are the two kids, and the reins are being held by Aaron, the boyfriend of Velvet.
The horse has some bags of food on it, and the father, whose name is Patrick, is currently carrying a bag on his back with a torch in his hand. His wife is right beside him, also carrying a bag.
We are currently going through the vast plains, everyone on edge. The Scout Veteran, known as Darick, is beside me. He is helping me lead the group towards the village. And, in the process, we started to see the Wall of Trost.
But, we wouldn't make it to the Walls in time before the sun started to rise. But, we had gotten close enough to where people could definitely see us.
I scanned the area, seeing Titans laying down in their motionless state.
"Everyone, in." The older man interrupted my daze, gesturing for everyone to get into one of the houses. Everyone did, and Aaron made sure to get his kids off the horse.
"I'm going to go hide the horse, I'll be back. Just stay quiet." I whispered to Velvet. She nodded, and watched as I hopped on the animal.
I kicked her side with my heel lightly, making her go into a trot.
I have to be quick, the sun is starting to rise, and I could see any Titans if they started to move.
"Alright, you, stay here." I tied the horse to a fence behind a house after hopping off of her. I felt the light vibrations of the Titans starting to walk around again, meaning I have to be careful not to encounter one.
I may have slayed three of the things, but, I'm not a suicidal bastard like a certain someone.
I peeked my head around a corner, thankfully not seeing anything.
I couldn't help but let out a small breath of relief, before making my way back towards the house. I turned a corner, before almost falling back as I hid around it.
There is a 14 meter Titan in front of the house the group is settled in. It was walking past it, so, as long as everyone stayed quiet, they should be fine. But, oh, I could only wish for that.
I could hear the screaming from inside, from what sounded like the little girl.
"I told them they should've put ducktape over her damn mouth." I muttered, shooting myself up so I landed on a roof.
"Hey!! You ugly sack of shit!! Over here!" I shouted, waving one of my swords up in the air. The Titan's attention was directed towards me now, stomping towards me with its hands out.
I took a side glance, and saw that more Titans were attracted to me.
"God damn it." I whispered, turning around and running to where I tied my horse.
I could hear her wine as the Titans got closer.
"Hey, girl, it's gonna be fine. They don't like the taste of you, me on the other hand," I untied her reins, not finishing my sentence as I jumped onto her back.
"You better stay alive before I get back, or I'll kill you all!!" I shouted, loud enough that they could probably hear me from the Walls.
"C'mon girl!" I kicked my horses sides, making her go up on her hein legs. She let out a loud wine that echoed off of the Walls and houses, before she started running.
I looked back, seeing a lot of Titans making their way towards me. Even the ones that were clawing at the Walls took notice of me.
I looked down at my gear, knocking my knuckles on the gas tanks.
