Luke's POV

It's been another week, it's the first day of July today. I have this month and a little big of August to spend left with Juliet. I don't plan on wasting a minute. Currently Juliet was teaching me how to skateboard. The sun was setting begin us in the empty school parking lot we were in. She had music playing in the background from her phone. I had both of my hands on her shoulders as she told me where to place my feet.

"Okay, just hold onto me, trust me okay?" She said looking up at me. I then proceeded to sing Mayday Parade's song Hold onto me.

"Luke! Pay attention or you'll fall." She yelled and I stopped. "Okay now you're going to push with your dominant foot, okay? I'll walk you out, just remember, don't lock your knees," she began walking along side of me and my hands gripped her tighter. "Jesus calm down before you hit a pressure point."

"Sorry," I told her.

Soon I tried to let go of her, she stepped to the side so I couldn't grab her again.

"You're doing great babe!" She shouted as I glided down the slight hill. I pushed off with my right foot. "Luke! Slow down!" She yelled at me. I looked ahead to see the concrete ending and going into grass. I panicked and before I knew it I was on my back in the grass.

"Luke!" She yelled and started running towards me. She kneeled beside me and put her hand on my for head. "Are you okay?!"

I just groaned.

"I told you to stop." She started laughing and it got louder by the second.

"Don't laugh! I'm in pain!" I argued.

"I can't help it, you legit flew for a good couple seconds." She giggled. "Practice makes perfect Lukey, now c'mon get up," she stood up and held out her hand. I grabbed it and pulled myself up.

"So wanna get ice cream?" I said changing the subject.

"Sure," she smiled and picked up her board from the ground. We walked hand in hand down the road. We got to the small ice cream shop, the one where I took her on our first date. We ordered and paid and went to go sit outside. I sat down on the bench, and she put her board on the table and sat down on it, swaying back and forth on the wheels.

"So Abby told me the beach is having fireworks tomorrow, we should all go." She said.

"Yeah, afterwords they kind of have a street fair kind of thing that goes on till almost 2 am."

"Really?"

"Really."

"That sounds so much fun!" She smiled widely.

-

"Ready babe?" I called out.

"Yeah, what do you think? Hair up? Or down?" She said coming out of the bathroom. She had on her severely ripped black skinny jeans, a Blink 182 tank top and some black vans.

"Um, down," I said. "Now c'mon let's go." I grabbed my phone and stuffed it into my pocket. Tonight is most likely the last free night I'll have, the guys and I need to start rehearsals, we need to start writing, also next week I'm taking my driver test. So I have to enjoy tonight.

I grabbed her hand and we walked downstairs to where Ash was waiting, he already had Abby, Scarlett, Calum, and Rosie in the car. We got in as well and were informed that Mikey would meet up with us later.

Once again she sat on my lap in the front seat, just like when we went to the first party together.

I wrapped my arms around her, just like I did before. She leaned into me, just like she did before.
