The days leading up to the week of the play was chaotic to say the least. Dani not only got roped into playing Frenchie to Joe's Doody, but the young Fabray had also let slip to Finn about the minor verbal exchange with Sue Sylvester in the washroom the other day. Finn shook his head and scoffed. "All the more reason to cast Unique as Rizzo"
Out of the corner of her eye, she'd noticed that Kitty Wilde was ranting to her fellow Cheerio teammates down the hall how she'd gotten the role of Pattie Simcox. It had been two days since the casting sheet was put up and the girl was still pissed off. Dani holds back rolling her eyes and turns to Finn. "More importantly, am I gonna need to dye my hair pink for this role??"
Finn chuckles, shaking his head. "You know we use these things called wigs, right?"
Dani looks into her mirror as she pulls out her books . "I don't know... maybe I'll look better pink" and flashes Finn a cheeky grin.
"Whatever you say kid"

During that day's Glee Club meeting, Mr Schue had announced that he was going to be a part of a blue ribbon panel in Washington to help keep school arts alive, and that he wouldn't be back until after Sectionals.
And that Finn would be taking over. Dani seemed to be the only one to be elated. "Yes!" Everyone looked over at her and Dani raised her eyebrows. "What? Finn's a great idea for a substitute" Tina glared at her and stood up from her seat. "Are you kidding Fabray!? Finn cannot take over glee club at all, he doesn't know what he's doing! Sorry Finn.."
What a bitch. "You know, it's like Rachel Berry never even left the room!" She says loudly to Joe, knowing that Tina can hear her.
Mr. Schue rubbed his hands on his face. Finn stood to attempt to placate the rising tension. "Guys, I can do this. I.. I got some really great ideas for Sectionals"
"We'll all be dead by then! Finn doesn't know how to direct a musical!" Artie looked apologetic, trying to calm her down.
Dani really is starting to dislike Tina Cohen-Chang. Everyone is arguing their protests until Coach Sylvester comes into the room and demands Mr Schue and Finn come with her to the office immediately.
After they leave, Tina is starting her ranting again, and Dani finally having enough of her tantrum, stalks up to her. "And here I thought Blaine was supposed to be the new Rachel?"
