Dani takes a note from Joe's book and keeps her head focused on rehearsal and Sectionals for the rest of the day. It's only until before Glee Club, when Quinn grabs her and Kitty to go over any last minute tactics for tomorrow. Well Dani sits out by the platforms , while Kitty takes all of Quinn's bullshit, sucking it up like a sponge.
"Don't forget to smile, oh also, don't be afraid to throw in flirty little smile or wink. You're really doing them a favour. You know, reminding them of what could've been"
Dani wants to chuck up the chilli she had for lunch.
Kitty jumps down from the piano and gives her a tight hug. "You're the best!" And she skips off, completely ignoring Dani. She shakes her head and lets out a loud huff. "That bitch is nothing but evil"
Quinn looks over at her sister, an eyebrow raised. "I think she's sweet" Dani rolls her eyes. "Of course you would"
Quinn closes her eyes and counts silently to five. "Okay what is your issue? You have been nothing but miserable and negative the entire week. It's like you don't even want me here"
"Oh look at who's finally listening!" Quinn narrows her eyes. "And what the hell is that exactly supposed to mean-"
"Hey" Santana comes barging into the room, holding what it looks like to be laxatives. "Did either of you know about these? I found them in Marley's bag. And according to my psychic third eye, Little Quinn 2.0 is the culprit"
Dani knew she had to speak up then. "Kitty hasn't been the nicest or easiest to be around so far this semester. There was an issue last week during the musical concerning her and Marley, but I dealt with it, and I told her to leave Marley alone. I had no idea about the laxatives though"
Quinn had the decency to look a bit concerned but all she said was, "See? There's nothing to worry about. It's dealt with so it's over now. That snot nosed Jake Puckerman probably gave them to her. I'm going to have a word with him and his brother!"
She goes to leave but Dani stops her. "Quinn, it wasn't Jake! He may be girl crazy, but he's not like that!"
"And Kitty is?"
"Yes!" Santana interjects who's now sitting at the piano. The older blonde looks both between her former best friend and her sister and shakes her head.
"You know, this is what my professor calls projecting. Both of you are projecting Kitty onto me. Santana we've graduated, it's time to stop this. And you Dani. It's because of you always needing to ruin good things for me, because you don't apparently get enough attention at home"
