Christmas was great, except from the part where Jacob went home to Australia. They have summer break there now, so Jacob spent his time on the beach in 100 degrees weather. He of course was very good at documenting that to me with photos, while it was snowing here home. My Christmas was just as it uses to be. My lovely family, including my annoying siblings gathered together practically the whole Christmas break. There was always a breakfast, lunch or dinner gathering. I love Christmas, don't get me wrong, but the holidays can get a little intense, so it was good to get back to my dorm. I liked to get my own space. On the plus side everyone was more calm, harmonic and friendly during Christmas, compared to thanksgiving. Now I was really looking forward to actually talking with Jacob again. Face to face. We had talked on FaceTime and texted every day, but it really isn't the same. And the time difference made it even more difficult. Now Jacob was walking across campus, towards me. I could feel a big smile spread across my face. As we approached each other, we embraced in a hug.

«God, I've missed you» I sighed, without thinking. I didn't mean for him to hear it. It was really meant to be a thought.

«I've missed you too Jo» Jacob said as our hug broke. «With less than three weeks apart, how are we going to manage the summer break» He chuckled.

«Well, I guess I'm just going to have to come with you then» I joked.

«I guess you are». I smiled at his comment, as we walked inside. Not sure if he was joking or not, but it didn't seem like he was. It was an indescribable feeling. The only way I could describe it was that I somehow felt whole.

«I have a confession to make» I said once we had sat down in my bed.

«You have watched Game of thrones without me» Jacob said as he logged into on my mac.

«Wait. What! How did you know? » I said stunned. I really had tried to stay away, but one night at home, I broke. Matt was at a party, and mom and dad was out at dinner with some friends. I tried to find something else to watch, but at the end the temptation got too strong. I looked at Jacob, and I must have looked quite guilty.

«Jo» Jacob paused for dramatic effect and looked at me. «I've known you for about six months now, and you are really bad at waiting. Especially with things like this» Jacob smiled in a way that I understood he was fine with it. In fact, it seemed like he was expecting I'd watch some episodes. «How many episodes have you watched? »

«Well... You know how it is. One episode leads to another and before you know it the ball has started rolling» I paused and looked down. Avoiding looking at him. Jacob looked questioning at me. «It ended up being four episodes»

«Hahaha! » Jacob laughed. «I wasn't that fare fetched. I had a little suspicion, so I watched three episodes on the plane over here»

«Impressive» I smiled.

«Well, I would like to think that I have gotten to know you pretty well» Jacob grinned pleased with himself.

«Yes, it seems like you have. Too pay for my sins, I can watch the last episode over again with you. Okey? »

«Okey, sounds great»

The rest of the evening was spent watching Game of thrones, eating and talking a little about our Christmas break between the episodes. It really was good to be back on campus, but the real reason I thought that was because of Jacob. The way we were there for each other and could hang and talk about everything and nothing. It was truly magical and something I really cherished.
