POV change

When I tell you I was pissed about them making Y/n wait six hours while in pain I mean I was pissed and I was about to make them pay for it too, but Leo showed up and drug me out of the room "whats the big idea Leo?" He sighed "Raph I know you want to hurt them, but it won't do Y/n any good if you do. She'll be in more pain later then she is right now. Just come sit in the waiting room with the rest of us." I yanked my shoulder from under his hand "whatever." I stomped down to the waiting room where everyone,  including Splinter, was sitting on one side talking with one another while all the kids played or slept.

"Raph have you heard anything on her?" I scoffed "if I did I would've told you idiot." Mikey went to say something to me for speaking to Reba that way, but Reba stopped him then continued to walk over to me, slap me, grab my plastron and pull me close to her face "look you stupid bastard I love Y/n just as much as you do and she's like a sister to me and I know that had she heard you just speak to me like that she would've tore you apart just to put you back together and tear you apart again. I may be smaller then her and may not be able to fight you, but I do know that I'd still tear your ass apart, so don't fucking get attitude with me just because you're pissed shes in pain and had to wait for so long to get help." She shoved me back into the chair and I just sat there a moment wondering where all my anger went that I had when I was a teenager and forty minutes later when I went to apologize I watched a nurse go flying by towards the front desk where I seen her say something to the secretary then almost fall when she came running in to the waiting room "Raph you need to come with me." She turned and ran off at a dead sprint only stopping temporarily to grab a few things here and there, so I followed.

When we got to the room Y/n was in they were wheeling her out on the bed and headed to a different room "whats going on?" The doctor looked at me "your wife's in labor. We need to get her to a delivery room stat and she fought with us for the past ten minutes on letting you come with." I looked down at her as I walked and she gave me a forced smile "surprise I guess." She winced as a contraction hit "I wish we had known." I sighed "me too."

When we got into the room they had almost everything already prepped except for a few things that were just easy and quick, so they sat them up then everything started.

This may get a little graphic or uncomfortable for most.

"Before we go further would you like an epidural?" Y/n shook her head surprising me "alright then let's get this done." Y/n looked at me and I could see the fear in her eyes, so I gave her my hand which I would regret in two hours. "You're now dilated to a ten. On the count of three I want you to push ok Y/n?" She nodded and on the count of three I watched her scrunch her nose and felt my hand pop as she squoze it with so much force "ok good. Keep breathing Y/n I don't want you to pass out on us." He had her push a few more times and each time she let out a pained cry that broke my heart then he gave her a break as he felt around "ok I feel a head. This might go quicker then I thought." Right after he said that he felt again and his smile dropped "the babies head is turned sideways. That's not good." He sighed and thought for a moment "I'll have to push it back so far to get its head straight again, but it'll take a while." Y/n nodded, but didnt say anything and neither did I as he worked for the next thirty minutes "fuck." I looked at Y/n who was uncomfortable with the fact that a doctor had his hand up her vagina and  just undid all her progress.

"Ok Y/n let's get this done for the second time. Push on three and Raph you might want to be prepared for a broken hand by the end of this." I chuckled nervously "yeah no kidding." I looked back to Y/n who was starting with sweat across her face "one...two...three" she once again let out a painful cry and squoze my hand hard and with just that one push the doctor could feel a head again "ok this may be the hard part." After pushing for over half an hour and my hand getting absolutely destroyed as well as Y/ns pelvis getting popped out of place then back in things fell silent for a momen as Y/n laid on the bed covered in sweat and the doctors allowed her to relax her legs then there was a shrill cry heard through the room and our attention turned to the sound only to see a nurse cleaning and swaddling a baby then she turned her attention to her other side where I had the biggest smile on my face as tears pricked my eyes.

"You did so good baby." I rubbed her back and she gave my now tender hand a squeeze making me flinch "sorry." I  just shrugged it off then kissed her forehead "its ok. You went through worse delivering the baby, so it's only fair my hand got destroyed." She smiled and laid her head back on the pillow as the nurse brought the baby over to Y/n and laid her in her arms "we'll allow you guys some alone time for a minute." All the nurses and the doctor walked out and once the door was shut my tears just started falling "shes so beautiful. Just like her momma." Y/n gave a tired smile "yeah well she has her daddies eyes." I just stood there holding my two girls not really sure why I was crying as hard as I was other then the fact that my infertile wife just proved the impossible is possible.
