POV change

Everyone in the waiting room had to wait a full day before learning that there was a new Hamato in the family and once they knew word got around to your students pretty quick.

"Bitch you didn't tell me you were pregnant." You rolled her eyes at Kit "I had no clue I was or I would've." She hummed then examined you closely eyes squinted "ok I believe you." You could feel Mikeys eyes burning into your soul "have you picked a name yet?" Raph sighed knowing what was coming next "no we haven't, but we have some written down that we like." You pulled out the little sticky notes and placed them infront of him "Raphs favorite is this one." You pointed to one that made Mikey cock his head slightly confused "but why would you want to name a baby after an animal?" Leo and Donnie looked at the paper too "especially one that drowns it victims or kills it by flinging it through the air to another one of its species then slapping it with their tail to keep it in the air." Raph chuckled "because they are also badass animals." Leo shrugged "he's got a point. I mean yeah it'd be a bit different and weird to say to a child, but I like it." Splinter giggled "it is most certainly badass Raphael. I too like the name."

"Ok. Everyone out please I need to do the daily checkup on mom and baby." Raph went to walk out with the others, but got stopped "hey you can stay here. You aren't in the way since this room is much bigger then the other one was. There was just way to many people in here." He nodded and shut the door behind the others then sat down in a chair "baby is sounding great. Very healthy lungs and heart. Her little tummy sounds like it should and her temperature is great." She looked at Raph who had yet to even hold his own daughter "you know I think she'll be a daddy's girl when she's older." Raph smiled "everyone keeps saying that, but I dont think she will." The nurse smiled back at him as she checked where you had to be stitched "you never know Mr. Hamato if she's anything like her momma she'll be attached to your hip. Also we need to get the papers signed and her name written down on her birth certificate. Have you guys picked a name?" You both smiled "yes actually we have."

"Alright. Since you guys are doing so good we can actually release you both tomorrow and since you guys figured out a name you just have to sign it here to make it official." Raph watched him hand you the paper, but you had other plams "ok Raph come sign it." When I tell you he was shocked I mean it because he about choked on his water "I-I dont think-" you gave him your signature 'I will beat yo ass' look and he didn't argue just signed the name then sat back down in silence until the doctor left "I never thought that look could or would ever intimidate me and yet here we are." You smiled just as Orca started to whimper from her bassinet next to Raph "ok Raph either you could roll her over here in that or you could take care of her." He stood up and looked down at her "I gotta learn somehow."

It took him like fifteen minutes and you getting up three times, but he was able to change her successfully. "You never had a problem changing Blaine." He turned red and looked away from you "yeah, but he wasn't this small. I wasn't scared I was going to do something that would hurt him." You gave him a small smiled "Raph she's your daughter. How would you hurt her?" He sighed "I dont know I just feel like I'm going to squeeze her to tight if I pick her up or put the diaper on to tight or she'll slip out of my hands." You snickered "says the one who fell down stairs when he was really young." He chuckled "but shes part human Y/n. Her shell and plastron may not ever get hard enough to protect her properly." You sighed knowing it was true "I know, but you'll be an amazing...dad." Raph knew something was wrong because of your hesitation "Y/n are you ok?" He noticed the blank stare and no response, so he walke dover to the side of the bed and placed his hand on your shoulder "Y/n" before he could react your heart beat spiked and your breathing slowed as you started seizing and in an instant there was nurses shoving him out of the room.

"Raph?" He glanced up at Donnie "whats going on?" Raph sighed "I dont know she just started seizing on me and next thing I know I'm out here." Just then the door opens "shes alright she was just stressed and thats what caused it." Raph let go of breath he didn't know he was holding "will she still be able to go home tomor-" he heard commotion down the hall and when he looked it was like it was at the highschool only there was more people "what the? Jania?" She smiled "you bet now where's your wife or Mrs. H?" Raph couldn't help but smile at this girl because she was pretty much your protector now other then him of course "shes just in this room, but-" Jania put her finger up shushing the nurse "nome of us are here to cause problems, but you create one and you'll be sorry." The nurse only put her head down and walked away just as another wheeled Orca out of the room for the night "ok what are you trouble makers doing here?" Raph folded his arms "we just came to do something Y/n never got to when she was in highschool and something we were scheduled to do today anyway. We're here to sing for patience who may never leave the hospital ever again until they die or ones that may never make it out before they get better. Y/n was supposed to help us, but ya know she just had a baby, so..."
