The drama was finally over. All the sleepless nights editing the remaining episodes to be published were over. That weekend, it'll be the crew's after party for the success of their work. And Minkyong couldn't wait for it. It was time to have fun after a while.
The assistant director wore a long flowy black skirt, paired with a white printed shirt and white sneakers. She brought along a cream-colored coat and let her black locks flow. She applied a light amount of makeup, her lips painted red.
"Woah there, beautiful," Minyoung whistled as she watched her younger sister step out of her room, all dressed-up. A chuckle erupted from Minkyong's lips at her sister's reaction. "Where you headed?"
"At Flavor's. Remember that after party I mentioned to you?"
"Oh that's today?"
Minkyong hummed in response, raking her eyes at the television that was playing a fiction movie that her sister loved. "Cousin Joohyun will arrive anytime now."
As if on cue, the doorbell rang, making the two girls turn to it.
"Speak of the devil."
Minkyong walked to get the door and as soon as she had pulled it open, she almost stumbled backwards when her cousin literally threw herself over her, squealing in excitement to see her again after a long time.
"Minkyongie!"
The assistant director laughed at her chaotic vibe that's radiating around her.
"I'm here and I'm about to make some radical change in the household," Joohyun let go of the hug and plastered a smug look that only made the latter cackle even more. "Just kidding," she chuckled. "Where's Minyoung patootie?"
"She's inside,"
Minkyong led her to the living room and when Joohyun finally met the older lass, she didn't contemplate to run to Minyoung and wrap her arms around the lass, murmuring gibberish words of how much she missed her.
"You still got it," Joohyun grinned as she wandered her eyes in every inch of Minyoung's face, causing her to blush and bashfully shake her head.
"I'm sorry about Harabeoji," Joohyun lowered her head in dismay, pursing her lips together. They all became silent at the mention of him. "I couldn't come earlier. I had a difficulty coming home because of my boss."
Minyoung soundly tittered as Joohyun went on ranting about her boss back in UK where she came from. As she went on, Minyoung glanced at her sister who's focused on her phone, endlessly tapping its screen that seemed like she was texting someone.
Upon remembering, Joohyun paused her limitless chatter and turned to the youngest. "Aren't you going to be late?"
Minkyong raised her head from her phone. "Uhh, actually I have to go,"
