"wait what? did I heard it right?" naguguluhan niyang tanong kaya wala akong nagawa kundi tumawa.

he sat up immediately.

"tama ba pag kakaintindi ko? if november 15 is our first monthsary, then.... tayo na?!" he ecstatically looked at me. I nodded.

"hala!" napatakip pa siya sa bibig niya. I also sat up and looked at him, overwhelmed.

"thank you so much! I love you!" he hugged me tightly, and I happily hugged him back.

"I love you too"

"but how about your parents?" he asked as he let go of the hug.

"I think they'll be fine about it, nakita mo naman earlier diba mom agreed. pretty sure okay lang din yon kay dad dahil si mom naman talaga ang strict sa kanilang dalawa" paliwanag ko sa kaniya.

"should we tell them?"

"things are pretty intense pa eh, let's wait for some time" sabi ko at tumango naman siya.

hindi ko alam kung tama ba tong ginagawa ko. but.. I can feel that it's right.

nahiga ulit kami and stared at the star silently for a while, until Ethan spoke.

"I am so lucky to be the man who got your heart" sabi niya kaya napangiti ako.

"well you should be" he laughed at my reply.

"believe me, I really am"

"well I am also lucky to be the girl who got you to love again" I said as I looked at him. paglingon ko ay nakita kong nakatingin na ulit siya sa akin.

"why you looking at me?" I asked nung makita ko siyang nakatingin sa akin.

"can't I stare at my beautiful girlfriend?" he said.

when I said that it made me feel the 'kilig' thingy, I litteraly had butterflies in my stomach. gosh hindi na nawala ang mga butterflies sa stomach ko, kanina pa toh ah.

I can feel myself turning red kaya I looked back at the stars. buti nalang ay madilim na and hindi niya makikita ang face ko.

after a few minutes ay umuwi na siya dahil gabi na. bago siya umalis, tinulungan niya muna ako mag ligpit. he didn't get to say goodbye to my parents because they were already in their room. si ate naman ay umalis, and I don't know where she went.

looks like their conversation didn't end well. I know it's a family matter, pero ayaw ko madamay sa away nila. so I just better shut my mouth.

The next morning I didn't saw ate during breakfast so I suggest that she sleeped in, I mean tutal weekend naman.

until it's already lunch at wala pa din si ate.

"so how was your night with Ethan?" mom asked casually during breakfast.

"it was pretty good. we went star gazing sa garden" sagot ko.

"oo nga, I saw you guys. so kayo na?" tanong niya sa akin. I was suppose to lie, but I saw her eyes. she was looking at me, determined to get an answer.

"ye-yes" I hesitantly said. and I saw my dad stopped eating. I didn't expect that today will be the time that I would tell them.

"really?! I am so happy for you!" she happily said. I looked at her confuse.

something is really not right.

"Venice" my dad called her.

"okay mom what's the catch? why do you like him so much? I mean there's gotta be something, dahil hindi ka naman talaga ganyan" I stood up, confronting her even though I said that I would just shut my mouth. I am so done pretending that I'm okay with everything, this time I wanna be honest with my feelings and thoughts.
