"tell me what happened," Ethan said.
"nothing really happened naman, she just said na lumipat daw siya with her family sa village namin and that nakilala niya daw ako because i'm your girlfriend and dahil we have some common friends din daw," kwento ko sa kanya.
"are you okay then?" he asked.
"well at first i was freaked out kasi diba she's your ex and then bigla nalang siyang na pop out of nowhere sa harap ng house namin, tapos biglang she asked me if we want to be friends daw" i started.
"pero you know once i got to talk to her naman she seems kind," i stopped.
"but for some reason it feels like somethings wrong, you know what i mean, she seems kind but at the same time creepy?" pag explain ko sa kanya.
"don't worry, nothing will happen babe" he assured me, alam ko naman he will not let anything bad happen. i just hope na mali yung feeling ko about Joyce.
after that he continued driving, and after some time nakarating na din kami sa bahay nila Ella.
"bro, bakit ang tagal niyo?" tanong ni Shawn samin. nasa labas na silang lahat and it looks like they were waiting for us, nahuli pala kami.
"nagpagas pa kami saglit eh," palusot ni Ethan. they just nod and sabay sabay na kaming pumasok.
"mom, dad we're here!" bungad ni Ella as soon as she steps inside. dali dali naman kaming winelcome ng parents ni Ella.
"oh kids you guys are here, pasok kayo pasok" sabi ng daddy ni Ella, si tito Gary.
"stay in the living room muna ha, the food is not yet ready kasi eh" dagdag naman ni tita Elli, mommy ni Ella.
we hugged them as we enter and then tumuloy na din kami sa living room as they said.
most of the time whenever we're celebrating something all together dito talaga kami kila Ella nag cecelebrate because chef yung daddy niya, and they're the ones who usually invites us. they're like our second parents actually.
"nood muna tayo?" suggest ni Ella as soon as we sat down, and everyone agreed. boring kasi if wala kaming gagawin while wait.
we just watched one episode of Sweet Home and after that we just did our own things, since malapit na daw matapos sila tita.
"should we go out tomorrow? treat ko" sabi ko kay Ethan.
"at bakit mo naman naisapang itreat ako?" tanong niya pagkalingon niya sakin, i just thought na gusto ko siyang itreat cause most of time siya yung gumagastos.
"well you know, ikaw lagi nag titreat sakin plus you have an achievement so i want to celebrate it together" i explained and he smiled.
"ang sweet naman ng girlfriend ko, kaya sige let's have a date tomorrow" he said as he caress my hair.
shortly after ay dumating na sila Kath at Sofia and now i'm just scrolling on my phone when someone sent me a dm, it was joyce.

"she wants to meet you?" lumingon ako sa nag salita and it was Ethan.
"yeah, i think so" i quietly answered.
"you going?" he asked.
"maybe? i don't know, do you want me to?" i said, asking for his opinion.
honestly i want to go but at the same time i don't. gusto kong malaman kung anong gusto niya but at the same time i want to respect Ethan's past relationship with her.
"i'll come with you" sabi niya. i'm actually surprised when he said that.
"really? are you sure? i mean kung ayaw mo syempre ayos lang naman" sabi ko, making sure that he is fine with it.
"i'm sure babe, ayaw kong maiwan ka mag isa kasama siya " he said. i guess he's right, i mean ex ng boyfriend ko yon and not to mention the fact na i don't really know her and we just met yesterday.
i dmed her back saying sure and asking where and when will we meet.

i showed Ethan the message, "what about our date?" i asked him.
"saglitin lang natin siya and then we can go on with our date," sabi niya and i nodded.
pumasok sila tita sa living room, "the food is ready. halina kayo sa dining room baka lumamig ang pagkain."
after that the night just went by quickly, after we ate dinner ay nag movie marathon kami so ang ending it's almost midnight na nung nakauwi kami.
it's already the next day and it's currently 11 am na, can't believe i slept in. nakatulog kasi agad kagabi ako as soon as i changed my clothes last night, gosh i was tired.
i just did my not so morning routine and after i ate my brunch, i just hang out a little bit bago ako mag ready for later.
i just wore a floral short sleeves mini dress with a casual white sandals with heels, and nag natural make up lang din ako to look presentable.
by the time i got finish it was almost 2:30 na and saktong nag message si Ethan, saying na asa labas na daw siya.
i went downstairs, and nung mag papaalam nako i realized that nobody's home nga pala as usual, kaya kila manang nalang ako nag paalam.
"manang alis na po ako" paalam ko with a smile an she just said sige.
paglabas ko i immediately saw Ethan's car and he went out of the car and opened the car doors for me. such a gentleman.
"your parents there?" he asked habang sinusuot yung seatbelt niya.
"of course they weren't, as usual" i kinda whispered the last part, pero i think he heard it.
"i hope nag paalam ka babe" sabi niya as he starts the engine.
"don't worry i texted dad last night after natin mag dinner" i said assuring him. lagi niya saking pinapaalala yon everytime we're going out, he said ayaw daw niya akong mapagalitan because we're going out without asking for my parents permission. he wants us to be open as much as possible.
once na makaalis na kami i started remembering na imimeet nga pala namin si Joyce. i wonder what she wants from me.
shit, i didn't told her na kasama ko si Ethan.
"um babe, i don't think i told her na kasama kita" sabi ko kay Ethan.
"don't worry babe ala naman na siyang magagawa once na nandon nako" sabi niya. well sabagay, he has a point. i hope this meeting will go well.
"are you sure that you're okay with meeting her?" i asked him one last time. i man it's not an easy decision to meet your ex again and not to mention kasama pa ako na current girlfriend niya.
"of course, kasama naman kita at mas ayaw kong iwan kitang kasama siya ng kayong dalawa lang," he said as he glanced at me for a second bago niya ibalik ang tingin niya sa daan. i wonder what really happened between them.
after a couple of minutes nakadating na kami. at pagkalabas namin ay nakita ko agad si Joyce sa loob.
pagkapasok namin ay dumiretso agad kami sa kanya.
napatayo si Joyce as soon as she saw us. "Ethan, what are you doing here?"
