"you probably know me already, ako yung ex ni Ethan," she said with a smile.

it took me a while to process who's in front of me. then it hit me, its Joyce, Ethan's ex! Akala ko wala siya sa Pilipinas?

"Oh hi, uh nice to meet you," I awkwardly said, she took my hand and shook it.

"Would you like to go inside?" I asked, "I would love to" she said with a smile on her face.

I know i should not let a random girl enter our house but she looks like a lovely girl, I wonder how she knew me, my address, and why she came here.

pumasok kami ng bahay and we seated in the living room, and I immediately ask some of the maids to get us some snacks, since wala namang tao sa bahay it's just me and the maids.

"I hope you don't mind if I ask you something," I carefully said, "sure, you can ask me anything," she said.

"bakit ka nandito? pano mo ko nakilala? pano mo nalaman address namin?" I quickly asked.

"whoa, whoa, isa isa lang" she chuckled.

"but to answer your questions, first i am here because i want to talk to you about something, second I got to know you kase girlfriend ka ng ex ko and we have some common social media friends, and lastly my family and I just moved around this neighborhood recently and it's pretty easy to determine kung sino sino yung mga nakatira dito sa village," she answered all of my 3 questions.

good thing she answered those perfectly, I almost thought there was a crazy stalker following me or something.

"wow, can't believe you answered that without hesitation," I said, "so, ano yung gusto mong pag usapan natin?" I continued asking.

the maid came with the snacks, and before answering kumuha muna siya nung cookies and took a bite.

"about that, i just came to tell you that I want to be friends! since we're neighbors already, we'll be seeing each other more frequently," she said while smiling.

friends? why would she want to be friends with her ex's current girlfriend?

"oh really? sure, I would love to," I responded back with a small smile. nakakahiya naman kung hindi ko tanggapin yung pakikifriends nya saakin.

but still medyo suspish kasi she could've just messaged me if she wanted us to be friends like, hindi niya kinailangan na puntahan ako dito sa bahay. I think there's more.

after finishing our snacks she immediately left. i really have a bad feeling about this.

I spent the rest of my day thinking about what happened earlier, hindi talaga ako mapakali, something about her makes me feel nervous.

The next day was the basketball championship. Honestly hindi ako nakatulog ng maayos kagabi and i don't know why.

pagkabangon ko i immediately went to the bathroom, when i went and looked at my face in the mirror super haggard ng itsura ko, halatang hindi nakatulog ng maayos. gosh

i decided to take a bath para naman magising ang diwa ko, i decided to wear simple clothes lang kasi naman i look super haggard nga diba so technically super tinatamad din ako. but i decided to wear a light make up to cover up yung eyebags ko.

after getting ready for school i went downstairs to eat breakfast, i'm super hungry kasi i forgot to eat diner kagabi.

"good morning manang," bati ko sa kanya, "good morning mam, mamayang gabi na ho pala ang uwi ng mommy at daddy niyo," she said and i just nod.
