Diabolus [악마] - °KTH°

Those words made my world spun and it felt like time stopped all of a sudden. My head got crammed up with various emotions and different visions got layered on my eyes which made me dizzy, almost breathless. Though I didn't catch what she actually pronounced.

I gradually turned over and hoping to seek a glance of Soo-ah, but indescribably got welcomed by a blanket of nothingness. My blood went cold and a whoosh of icy cold wind wrapped around the atmosphere, making goosebumps visible all over my exposed skin.

The thumping in my heart got violent as seconds passed, which felt like hours. A heavy lump in my throat made me difficult to breath, nearly choking me inadvertently. The cold chilly surrounding in a trice got replaced with a wave of  loo. The changed sweltering heat almost burned my flesh and screams of agony left my mouth. Sudden change of icy weather to burning lava was unbearable and I was about to loose my consciousness. 

The rapid weather change was horrifying and hurtful. I lost my balance as I came crashing down the cold-warm ground. 

Closing my eyes, I regained my normal respiration back and tried to calm down. Patting my chest with my almost freeze-burned palm, I coughed vigorously.

WHAT THE HECK WAS HAPPENING ?

A spark of dangerously bright light illuminated in front of me making my eyes blind. I peeked through my hands slightly hoping to capture the scenario which was happening in front of my eyes. 

"W-what t-the-?"

Wordlessly I perceived what was happening and trust me, I will never be able to express the things I was viewing in form of words or terms.

There stood Soo-ah, with a very elegant and beautiful white gown which was covering her whole body perfectly. Her body radiating supernatural glow which was making the surrounding full of flashing gleam. Her figure was gracefully shining in the white ornaments which were wraped flawlessly around her wrists  and her adoringly carved neck.  

As she took few steps towards my direction, the blaze of light intensified even more as  could my eyes flaming because of the illumination. Her eyes glittering in the glowing indescribable source of light. 

While a soft smile tugged on her lips, she bend down leveling our eyes

" You must be surprised a lot, dear Seraph"  

She whispered gently and my eyes widened. This was not the Soo-ah I knew. Her voice calmer than usual high-pitched one and her aura was whole contrasting.

Unexpectedly her hand traced mine making me shiver due to the physical contact. Her fingers tenderly got locked with mine and she made me stand up again. Without uttering a single word, I stood there silently observing her actions.

Finally gaining some left-over courage and still with my fastened heartbeat I tried to ask her,

"S-soo-ah? W-what's happening? Is t-this a d-dream? H-have I already faced m-my death s-so that I'm s-seeing a-angelic f-figures?"

I didn't even realize that I was holding my breath since long. Slightly coughing again, I looked at her anticipating a response. To my surprise she just shook her head with the same gentle smile which was tugging her lips from the beginning,

" No Taehyung, you're not dead. You are completely fine. It's just that now it's the time for you to know your true identity and purpose of life"

Words rolled off her lips like it was easiest thing in he world. Here, my heart was bouncing rapidly and thudding against my rib-cage. I gave her the most genuine confusing look and tried to speak with more confidence,
