"Bro, I'm literally tired of this f*cking education system. So much homework and so less time! Who in the hell do they think we are? F*cking robots?" An exasperated Hyejin yelled.

I looked at her with solicitude and Jungkook rubbed her arm in order to calm her down.

"I need a break. I need to relax a bit. Please can we meet up? Over night? Ugh, I am not even gonna bother asking Jungkook now cuz he rejects everytime. Areum, you down?" She looked at me with imploring eyes.

"Yeah, why not." I smiled.
She looked at Jungkook and started searching for her phone for the recording that they'd recorded a few days ago.

I nudged him and gave him a "say yes" look.

I swear to god, if this boy rejects this time, Imma kick that round ass of his. Like, something's definitely up with him. We became friends about 2 years ago and we've never seen him anywhere except school. We've invited him to our places but he gave us stupid excuses and never came.What is this 17 year old child even so busy with.

"Um, I'll come too." Jungkook said interrupting my thoughts.

Hyejin and I's sad expression immediately changed to a surprised one. Never in the entire world had I expected him to say this. My ears were literally yearning for him to say this.

"Wait, did I hear that right?" I asked.

"Yeah, I feel like I heard something different too." Hyejin said making Jungkook chuckle.

"No, you're ears are perfectly fine. I said, I'll come too." He replied.

"Oh my god!" Hyejin squealed as she pulled him into a bone crushing hug. Look at that change in her mood.

"Okay, my place! 7 pm, Have dinner with me!" I exclaimed.

"Perfect. Perfect. I can't believe this. This is a once in a blue moon chance and we're gonna stay up all freaking night, I don't care. Imma tape your eyes open and pour caffeine in your mouths if y'all sleepy." Hyejin chirped.

"Yup. This better be worth it." He said, the last sentence almost inaudible.

Jungkook's POV

Seeing them so happy and excited is making me nervous even more. But it's better than seeing them sad because of me.

I don't know how and why I said yes but I don't think they'll buy more of my lame excuses. I just hope that taking this risk will be worth it.

This is so nerve racking. It's a good thing they haven't found me suspicious yet. I know she'll find out eventually. I hope it isn't soon or else I wouldn't be able to do what I've come here for.

Moreover, it's just one night. Everything will be alright...for now.

Hyejin's POV

I've never been this excited for a night out in my entire life. Jungkook's "I'll come too" has literally made my day.

As soon as I reached home, I told my fam and went straight to my room.

The outfit was a casual viridan colored shirt over beige baggy pants.

I reached at her place pretty early, at around 5:45 pm, due to the exhilaration, so I decided to help her and her mom with stuff.

Areum was busy cleaning the house whilst her mom was preparing dinner. And I was asked to buy ice creams as desert.

So I came at the nearest ice cream parlour and started searching for a unique flavour.

I shifted to the side for some different flavours when my eyes landed on a familiar, short, brown haired, lil fella standing at the corner of the room, studying the bulletin board which had all ice cream flavours listed on.

He hadn't noticed me yet so I decided to get my ass out of there because I didn't want to conversate for god's sake.

I hastily grabbed a few cups of sea salt caramel flavoured ice cream and walked over to the counter to pay. Then I sneakily went to the exit and flipped my hair, feeling proud of successfully not having to talk to that son of a duck.

I walked outside the store but then felt a hand snake around my waist making me turn 180 degrees. How did I not expect this.

"Hey gorgeous..." Jimin purred in my ear making my legs go weak for a second.

"Park, move." I simply said, trying not to make it too obvious that he had an effect on me.

But when he got even closer, I pushed him with all my might. That didn't cause much of a difference though. Damn, this fool be brawny as heck.

"I see that you haven't bought any ice cream huh? So you were just here to stalk me?" I asked.

"Nah cupcake, I got here way before you did. I was feeling a bit off the whole day, but you showed up and turned me on." He replied.

Now I was debating over whether I should blush or be disgusted of this perverted ass. Doing neither, I maintained my unamused face and leaned forward, decreasing the distance between us.

Feeling confidence pumping in me, I responded,

"That's cap. You shrew, you're so horny that even Squidward will turn you on. Don't even try these pick up lines on me, hm?"

And he just stood there frozen.

"Deja vu, isn't it? Oops. Want some ice cream to soothen the burns?" I sweetly asked and placed one of the cups in his hand.

Phenomenal. I complimented myself and walked away. _________________________________________________________________
