ch.22: Toby is alive!? 😱

Aria is standing outside of the police station because she bailed out Caleb then Mona walks towards her

'Ms. Montgomery shouldn't you be on bed rest and not on your feet right now' Mona says, Aria chuckles, Mona crosses her arms and gives her a stern look

'I just bailed Caleb out of jail now I'm just waiting for to get release' Aria says

'Oh, what did he do this time?' Mona asks

'The FBI found suspicion activity on his computer turns out Toby put it on there before he died' Aria says

'I'm not surprised' Mona says, she stands beside her

'Anyways he called everybody else but nobody had the money' Aria says

'Ah, so you were the only who had enough to bail him out' Mona says

'I wish that i didn't though' Aria says, Mona looks at her

'Why is that?' Mona asks

'Because it was for birthday gift' Aria says, Mona looks at her

'You don't have to buy anything this year' Mona says, Aria looks at her

'What happened to the girl that like to get things at Mona's to this new person that doesn't want anything' Aria says, Mona chuckles

'I still love a good shopping spree but lately i noticed what i have bought over the years, do I need really need them, so what i didn't want I donated them and kept what i wanted' Mona says

'Impressive but trust me on this one' Aria says

'Ok I'll take your word for it' Mona says, then Jenna and Caleb walks down to them

'I'm glad that you guys are still here because I just got some news that Alcatraz just opened back up and that Toby is still alive turns out he was wearing a protective vest but he can't escape though' Jenna says

'And if he tries too he'll probably drown' Mona says

'Well looks like we gotta tell the others' Aria says

'Can I get lift home?' Mona asks

'Of course' Aria says, she opens the passenger door

'Thanks' Mona says

'Welcome' Aria says, Mona gets in and Aria shuts the door

'Oh yeah here Aria, here's your bail money back he wasn't arrested' Jenna says, she hands her the money back and Aria takes it

'Thanks Jenna' Aria says, Jenna smiles

'You're welcome Aria, I'll give you a ride home' Jenna says to Caleb, so they leave and Aria walks around her car she gets in the drivers side

'I guess I can buy your birthday gift after all' Aria says, Mona smiles

'I don't know about you trust her and Alison to be on the police force?' Mona asks, as she watches her and Caleb get in her car

'Well you have to remember they pretended to hate each other and Alison pretended to be the mean girl, remember Toby pretended to look through our Windows while we was changing when we were younger' Aria says

'Oh yeah I forgot about that, what about Alison being me mean to me was also an act because it was real for me' Mona says

'I know that' Aria says, she puts her hand over Mona's left hand and they looks at each other

'But that's something that you and Alison needs to talk about' Aria says

'I guess so, let's just tell the others about Toby, I'll tell them to meet at the RV' Mona says, she gets her phone out and Aria looks at Mona

'You still have the RV?' Aria asks

'Yeah, just in case of something like this' Mona says

'Oh' Aria says, she starts the car

'You're one interesting person' Aria says, Mona looks at her and starts laughing, so they leave

In Mona's RV they just told them what Jenna said

'Why did they re-open Alcatraz for?' Hanna asks

'There has been a spike in escapes lately in the U.S.' Emily says

'Well at least we that he's far away and will die there' Spencer says

they all looks at her, she sits down on the bench she puts her hands over her face then Hanna walks up to her and bends down in front of her

'Hey, you going to be ok?' Hanna asks, Spencer nods yes, then looks at her

'Yeah, i just need to process this new information' Spencer says, Hanna kisses her on the forehead

'That's not all, you already know that the FBI arrested Caleb for suspension activity on his computer and turns out Toby put it on there before he 'died' Aria says, put air quotes around died

'How did they know it was Toby?' Emily asks

'They traced it back to Toby's computer it's the FBI they Know everything' Aria says

'That's true' Mona says

'How are you not in prison too?' Spencer asks

'I ask myself that everyday' Mona says

'It's because she has a mental problem,  if you plead insanity you don't go to prison just a mental hospital to do your sentence then get out, it's how the government works because once you get diagnose with a mental problem than the government doesn't see you as a threat anymore' Hanna says

'What if Toby pleads insanity?' Emily asks

'There could be a chance he could do that' Mona says

'My brain hurts' Spencer says

'Ok let's all go home and try to relax' Aria says, they all agrees with that and they leave
