ch.16: forgiven too easy

It's been a couple of days since the prom Alison, Jenna and Hanna are in the barn in the kitchen talking

'Did you tell Spencer about training to be a cop yet?' Jenna asks

'Not yet' Hanna says

'What!?' Jenna and Alison says, at the same time

'Every time i try to tell her I chicken out' Hanna says

'Ok let's think about a way to tell her in a calm way' Alison says

'How about hey babe I'm going to train to be a cop' Spencer says, from behind Hanna, Hanna puts her head down

'Nice look out guys' Hanna says

'Sorry' Jenna whispers

'Can you guys give us a minute?' Spencer asks

'Yeah, we have to get to work anyways' Jenna says, so they leave, Spencer stands across from Hanna

'Just let me tell you why i didn't tell you that I was training to be a cop right away, it's because of the risks that are involved being a cop' Hanna says

'I know what the risks are Hanna' Spencer says

'Ok, I'm sorry for not telling you that I'm training to become a cop but you know now, so are you going to support me on this or not?' Hanna asks

'Just one question, why do you want to be a cop for?' Spencer says

'I want to show people that not all cops are bad like Garrett and wilden was, i don't want people to be afraid to call 911 then getting shot at' Hanna says

'Ok those are actually good points especially with what we went through with them' Spencer says, she walks up to her

'Just next time if a big thing happens to you, just tell me what it is good or bad, like shop lifting' Spencer says

'It was an accident I forgot to pay' Hanna says

'For 40 dollars of shoes' Spencer says

'Fine whatever, do you forgive me?' Hanna asks, Spencer smiles

'Yeah, just this once though' Spencer says, Hanna smiles and gets up

'I'll take it' Hanna says, she kisses her

'Did I forgive her too easy?' Spencer asks Mona

'I would say yes but since you're guys are at the beginning of your relationship I'll let that slide as miscommunication, like Hanna said that you know now what's she's doing the main thing' Mona says

'Right and telling somebody that you want to be a cop is a scary thing to tell somebody well one thing to tell somebody' Spencer says

'Speaking of which, how's you're mom's cancer doing?' Mona asks

'They are doing everything that they can do' Spencer says, they sit down on a bench outside of the school

'No matter what all of us are here for you' Mona says, Spencer smiles

'Thank you' Spencer says, they hug

'I haven't told anybody else this but after prom me and Aria went back to my cabin we both told each other I love yous' Mona says

'Wow, who said it first?' Spencer asks

'Well Aria said Yeah a lot of girlfriends and boyfriends do things for their girlfriend or boyfriend when they don't want to bit they do it because they love them, so I guess technically she said it first' Mona says

'Yeah, but did you say back?' Spencer asks

'Oh yeah, i said I love you too and I'm not saying that because you said it, I said because I loved you since the first time i saw you in that way, I just wasn't sure you felt the same way or not but I'm glad that you do feel the same way, she made a joke she said Well fortunately we get to go to the same college so you can't get rid of me that easy, unless you kill me, then I said No I love you too much to do that to you, even though in some relationships it can happen and get on tv, she said Just shut up so I can do this to you, then she just kissed me' Mona says, Spencer smiles

'It still surprises me that you can remember all the words that you say or somebody else said like two days ago' Spencer says

'I actually wrote it down in my journal' Mona says

'There's the Mona I know' Spencer says

'This thing with Hanna earlier don't listen to me or anybody else about how to handle your guys relationship, only you guys do, its ok to get advice but you Don't always have to take it' Mona says

'I understand why she wants to be a cop but it scares me to think something could happened to her not jut her but Alison and Jenna' Spencer says

'Well Shana and Emily probably feels the same way to and if you want somebody to Talk to, talk to them because they know what you're going through' Mona says, Spencer smiles

'See this is why you're the smart one in this friend group' Spencer says

'Yeah, that's true in a way but like Aria said its ok to take a break and let other people take over that you or your brain doesn't get overwhelmed' Mona says

'Well she's a point there' Spencer says

'I know that she is, because I feel a lot better that things are not always in my control anymore' Mona says

'I know you hate to talk about the past especially with trauma involved but if i wasn't friends with Alison I think that you and me could have been friends' Spencer says, Mona smiles

'There's a possibility that could have happened, as far as the trauma I have realized that what Alison did to me just made stronger in a good way' Mona says, Spencer smiles, then the bell rings

'Looks like our lunch date is over with' Mona says, they get up and goes back inside the school
