Chapter four.

So we arrived at Darren’s home. There was no car so I supposed there was no one home. But I was wrong.  We went inside and the radio was on and I heard someone singing. Urghrm Chuck I am home Darren said. And couch I am not couch alone. A guy walked into the living room. So who is this beauty I haven’t seen you before. I am Chuck darren’s elder brother. he put an emphasis on the word elder.  Yeah I thought so. Well at least she isn’t shy. So hi I am Bo. Ah Bo that’s a catchy name. uhm thanks I guess. Uhm yeah let’s go upstairs. Darren wasn’t feeling comfortable at all. Oehw Darren you are going upstairs?! *Chuck raises his eyebrow* no I am just kidding you will be fine and else I am here for you. Uhm yeah thanks Chuck. So we went upstairs. Darren’s room was just a normal boys room it was messy and actually quite big. But there was this corner that took my attention. He had like a mini studio there was a guitar and a keyboard. Will you play the keyboard for me I asked. What do you want me to play? What can you play? A lot. Not on purpose but it just happened just like this morning. I was singing  very softly so that Darren didn’t hear it.  I realized that I was singing so I stopped. Go on Darren said. So he had heard it. It sounded good please go on. I wasn’t singing I just couldn’t move my lips anymore. I don’t know what that is but just when I realize people are listening I just can’t do it anymore. I closed my eyes and listened to the piano I began to sing again. Darren smiled but I couldn’t see that because I had my eyes closed.  The song ended so I opened my eyes. Darren was gently applauding. I smiled. So what more can you play? Okay I will surprise you. So when he was done I applauded. So can you play keyboard? I laughed no I can’t. Well let me teach you then. Okay… come sit next to me. So what are you going to teach me? Oh Darren I am sorry I need to go home. Oh it’s okay I’ll see you Monday at school. Come let’s go downstairs. I got my jacket and said bye to Chuck. So uhm bye Chuck. Yeah bye Bo I hope I’ll see you again. I went to the hall and said goodbye to Darren it was a little awkward because we didn’t really know what to do so I decided to hug him. It felt so good. The way his hair smelled like wow. It smelled like apples and i mean in a good way. And  he is small but I am smaller so my head fits exactly in that little hole between his head and his shoulder. We hugged not really long but it felt like ages. It were probably just a couple of minutes. And with this great feeling I went home. My day couldn’t get any better.
