Q/1 :- well, Iran doesn't really talk with other countries. He does talk but only rarely, and at UN meetings.
Q/2 :- he's rather.. well, power hungry is a word I can describe him in my AU.
Q/3 :- for India- over confident, zero hesitance that what she says might hurt someone else. for Pakistan- he's not much for talking but he does talk a lot with other Muslim countries and China for Mughal- well, India's definitely got her attitude from her father. But he's more rude than her. for Maratha- mostly nice, not the mess with still.
