Once a Army has been formed formally, the then general of the army would become the MH. Blood of the country they serve is injected into them. They look much younger and how they looked like when they were 18. They then become like CH. The blood of the CH makes ennourmous changes in their bodies.
The melanin in their skin is entirely destroyed by the pigments in the blood of CH, and then replaced by the three pigments.
Their bodies start aging in a reverse order. This process happens over the course of a few hours.
For the first hour, its extremely painful but after that the soon to be MH's body goes numb.

Once a politician gets elected once, they get the blood of the state or country they've won elections in and go through the same changed as MH do.
