The first CH in existence were Civilization humans. For short I'll call them CLH.
Birth
At birth they were at least 3 times smaller than average babies. Their skin was pure white and they had not a drop of melanin in their eyes or skin.
CLH were born as humans with genetic deformities, they aged much slower and looked much different. Back then the CH age system did not exist so they went by human ages.
after people noticed CLH did not age or die after becoming 180 years old(18 CH age), they started worshipping CLH.
CLH were treated far superior than humans.
When the CLH had their own kids, they were just like them.
Spreading
The kids than started traveling once they were of age. They started adapting different climate and gaining different looks. They started gaining certain feature and according to conditions of where they went and stayed, they're eye colors and flags started to form. From there, the population of CLH increased.
Relations
All CH are related to the first CLH that was created or born or brought to their current land.
If a CH has a sibling who has land where the CLH did not extend to, then their sibling will only half be considered as related to the CLH.
Example, Ind and Pak are directly related to Indus. Bangla is only half related to Indus.
This is possible due to CH not having any ethnicity of their own. So because of which CH can refer to their CLH as related if they want to, if they don't wish to then they don't have to either.
