(hi hi, here to explain. I've decided to add some minor changes in they way I personify certain countries. Like I've added more accents- and I've updated my writing style a bit and I hope you'll like it! I just hope the accents don't seem weird and confusing- and the accents don't apply anywhere besides in a line or in thought. Plus there's bonus headcanons in the end)

-USSR's pov-

*sigh*
,,Twoo new independent countrrries, theirrr relaationss have been destrroyed you sayyy?" I asked, my accent rather heavy . ,,Yes sirr, the oldeer countryyy seems to be in a strrategic location and having a alliance with herr could be useeful in the futuree" replied the commander. ,,Interesting, I allow you to takee leave noow" I said, as the commander left the room I looked towards the world map next to my desk. ,,Seemss like I vill have to get a neww one now huh" I got up and decided to take some of the pins down. As I walked over and removed the three pins keeping the map in place from the bottom, I couldn't help but think. ,How badd kould have de fight beenn? Howw much damagee vas dhere overaall?'

Right now wasn't the time to think. Perhaps she wouldn't mind if I decided to have a informal talk, would she?

Maybe a informal visit to Delhi wouldn't be that bad and she'd be fine with a informal talk. I think writing a letter to inform her about it first would be a better idea. As I finished taking the map down, there was a knock on my office door. ,,Vho iss it?" I ask, I carefully place the pins in a small box and go but to my desk. ,,There iss a letterr for you Sirr" said the person on the other side. ,A letterr? vho vould vritee a letterr vhen maajority of peoplee are inn needs of rationns' I thought to myself. ,,Youu can come inn" I said and sat back down in my chair. The mailman entered the room, they took out a letter and placed it on my desk. ,,Mayy I leave Sirr?" they asked and I nodded as a response. They left the room and I grabbed the letter.
I checked the address of the letter, it wasn't specified properly. All that was written as the address was 'South Asia'. The envelope wasn't in very good condition either.

the envelope was slightly dirty and had a fragrance, it wasn't a bad one. The fragrance itself was a beautiful orchid smell. I slowly broke open the wax seal and took the letter out while placing the envelope back on my desk.

the letter itself was very neatly written. In a neat italic cursive handwriting it said

,,To the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, also known as the USSR.

As you may have heard about the recent partition between me and my younger brother. It has caused millions of deaths and human migration. There has been property destruction near the new borders along with my younger brother deciding to take our younger sister with him.

I'd like to have a informal talk and am needing some military help as well, it seems as my younger brother might attack or invade the land of Kashmir and I'd have to get involved if he does. As well as a alliance perhaps? I thought it would be better to talk about it in person to have a better discussion over these topics.
It would be a honour to have a informal visit by you. Thank you for acknowledging the letter I have sent you.

-Union of India"

,,Interrestingg.." I muttered under my breath. ,So I guuess I havee a inforrmal tripp to Delhi thenn huh' I thought and moved some documents aside. At the back of the letter was another address, I assumed it was her address and where she wanted to hold the informal talk. I put the letter back in the envelope, the scent has spread across the room. I decided to keep the letter in one of my drawers. Now to plan the informal trip.

-٪timeskip cause I'm lazy٪-

so I walk down the shadowy streets of Delhi, the roads were wider than I thought and most buildings were huge.
There were not many people, it was mostly empty and the sky was grey. The clouds mostly filled the sky and covered the sun.
There some posters around the city that read ,Boycott British goods'. Britain really made the Indians hate him huh. I walked my way towards the address which was written at the back of the letter. As I came to my destination, I noticed her house was larger than any other building in the area. I teek a deep breath and knock on the door twice.
I hear shuffling inside for a moment as the door swings open.

It was her, she was short compared to me. Her flag had a light shade of orange and green. Three horizontal stripes, the upper one being orange, middle being white and the lowest being green. Then a blue circle in the middle of the white stripe. Her left eye being a beautiful emerald green with the slightest shade of blue. Her right eye being black but thin. Her long hair in a ponytail ahir and being a light shade of brown. I didn't realize a slightly darker shade of red was forming on my face I stared at her for a moment.

,,it's good to see you USSR" she said and I snapped back into reality. ,,Sorryy I zonned out forr a bit" I replied to not seem rude.
,,Mayy I kome insidee?" I asked. She nodded and moved out of the way and I walked inside.
something about her, she seemed really familiar. Especially her accent. ,,I thinnk I've-" I was about to say when she cut me off. ,,Seen me before? I know, I'm that soldier who you helped during World War 2. I was fighting for the British Raj and I think now you might remember the entire thing" she said.
,,So thaat vas you?" I asked to which she nodded in reply. ,,It's good to see you once again"
