You woke up confused. You felt like you were hit by a train, and looked around your bedroom. Mercy was sleeping beside you. "Hey." You shook her awake. She wiped her eyes and looked up at you. "Hey you. How are you feelin'?" She asked, shocked to see you up and talking. You gave a sarcastic laugh. "I feel like shit that's how. What happened last night? I don't remember much." You asked, crawling out of bed to find a clean shirt. "You don't remember?" She asked, you shook your head. "You took some drugs from Cowboy's room. Were you trying to kill yourself?" She asked. "What?" You spat. "Of course not. I thought those were pain medicine." You sighed, thinking about how stupid you were. "Hey don't fret it, not your fault. Cowboy's really gonna hear it from Swan though." She said. You frowned. "What do you mean?" you asked. "Boy's ain't allowed the hard stuff. They gotta be on their feet; only alcohol and leaf is allowed." She said. "-and Cowboy had a whole bottle. I wonder what'll happen to him." She said, sitting up. You felt a pit of guilt form in your stomach. "Shit." Was all you could say. "Tell me about it." She said. "But hey if one good thing came from it all, Ajax proved he ain't as tough as he tries to show." She snickered. "What do you mean? You asked, sitting upright with curiosity. She gave you a smirk. "He was all about helping you and even punched Cowboy out for what he did." Your mouth was agape. "But forget that dickhead." she said after. You rolled your eyes. "I wish I could." But you knew that was a lie. "Vermin's a much better match." She said, smirking again. You finished throwing on your new shirt, and snapped your head to face her. "What?" You freaked. "Oh come on, anyone could have seen it. Especially after last night." You looked bug-eyed at her. "Man you're talking static!" You said, standing up now, grabbing a towel. "Please." She said with sarcasm. "He wouldn't leave your side last night." You couldn't think of anything to say. Was he? You flipped her the bird, and opened your door up. No one was up yet after last nights craze, so you jumped in the shower while you had the chance.

You finished washing your hair and stayed under the hot water, as you thought about how embarrassing today would be. You didn't even know half of what you did last night, everything was fuzzy of your memories. But you knew none of it was good. You biggest questions were what you had said to Ajax; did you freak out at him for what he did, creating a scene? And you also wondered what would happen to Cowboy. Your stomach turned over at this thought, and you ended up throwing up for real. You were bent down in the shower, and looked down at the yellow vile. "Gross." You mumbled to yourself.

You left the bathroom after a few more minutes, waiting to see if you'd be sick again. You weren't, but you felt it there. You noticed Swan's door was left open, and worried about where he was; if he was talking to Cowboy. You quickly went to your room, to change into an orange tank top with jean shorts. You left again and looked around for Swan; but all you found was Snow. "Hey Red, glad to see you're okay. Swan's lookin' for you." He said. You nodded, asking where he was. "Outside Rick's smoke shop. Say's he's got a big task for you." He said. "Today?" You stomach grumbled in protest, but you left none the less.

Your hair was almost dry by the time you had reached the shop. You noticed it wasn't just Swan too, but Cowboy was there as well. You gulped, walking up to them. "Red." Swan said. "Now that I have you both here, It's time to discuss serious matters." He said. You and Cowboy both gave a quick glance at one another in shame, then back to him. "Cowboy, your possession of contraband in our outfit is banish able." He said. Cowboy looks flushed, and you were scared for him.

"Red, your actions these past few days have been unacceptable. A Warrior must be strong, and keep their head on their shoulders. Even in the toughest times." You looked at your feet. He stared at you two for awhile, causing the tension to become almost unbearable.

"I've decided you two will atone for this. You both will make a drug deal out of town." He said. You were surprised by this, you had never done one before. But Cowboy seemed more relaxed; he had done many.
