You woke up after a restless sleep. The memories of the Jones Street Boys and having to tell Ajax was swelling your head. At any moment the boys would wake up, and Cowboy would call a meeting to discuss what the next plan of action was. You groaned awake and winced in pain. You could barely move, but you made it your mission to take a shower; to wash all the blood and dirt away.
You stiffly managed to get up after a minute of trying, and opened your door; slowly limping to the bathroom. Thankfully no one was up yet as you walked through the place, so you turned on the taps and stepped in.
You stayed in there as long as you could, using up all the heat in the shower to steam out all the shit you dealt with. After twenty minutes or so you dried yourself off, and left to get some new clothes. Your stomach bandage had obviously soaked through and you couldn't see any extras in the bathroom. You'd have to wake up Cowboy to use more of his tape. You lightly knocked on his door on the way back to your room, and slowly opened it. "Cowboy" You whispered. His room was pitch black and you could see him laying on his bed, laying on his side. You looked around in the darkness, trying to find the roll of tape. You bent down near his mattress and saw it by his hat. You picked it up.
"What's this all about?" An accusing tone behind you barked. You turned to see Ajax standing in the doorway with a look of fury. "Huh?" He demanded, taking a step closer. You backed up. "What?" You were confused now. "Don't talk to me like that, slut." He grumbled. "You fuckin' all the dudes in here, or what?" His tone becoming more angry. You looked around wildly at the sleeping Cowboy. You understood now; he walked in on you in Cowboy's dark room, with nothing but a towel on. He thought you were scoring on his brother.
Cowboy stirred awake, and was leaning up now. "What's going on?" He asked confused, looking between you and Ajax in his room. "Why don't you tell me." Ajax pushed him, and Cowboy stumbled backwards. "What the fuck." Cowboy growled. "Ajax-" You interrupted. You stepped in the middle to try and explain. But Ajax immediately threw up his arm and backhanded you. You fell onto the floor and felt blood trickle down your lip. Cowboy got up so fast, and tackled Ajax to the ground in a fury. "What the fuck!" One of them screamed. But it didn't take long for Ajax to overpower him, and get him in a cholkhold.
Vermin and Cochise arrived in the doorway now; they quickly ran to pull the boys off one another. "Woah, woah." Vermin chirped. "What the hell's goin' on here?" He asked. "Cowboy here's been fuckin' Red." Ajax exploded. Vermin and Cochise both looked down at you in shock. "What, no!" You urged, standing up. "What?" Cowboy called out in bewilderment. "Bullshit." Ajax spat at your feet. "Mind explaining why else you'd be in here, with nothing on but a towel?" Ajax threatened. "Jesus Ajax, you really are stupid." Cowboy muttered. Ajax writhed around and sprung free from Cochise. But Vermin pushed him back in time. "Cowboy, man. You better start talking, or we ain't gonna hold him back no more." Vermin said.
"The Jones Street Brothers." You blurted out. You didn't want this to get any worse then it already had. The boys all stopped struggling and looked at you with a frown; save Cowboy. "They got me at the train station last night. I was only in here to grab a bandage." You were shaking, wiping the blood off your lip. "What'd you need a bandage for?" Cochise asked, confused. You looked at Ajax who was rattled at his own misunderstanding. "They wanted to send a message they said." You mumbled. The three boys angry and confused. "Get everyone together in the living room." Cowboy said, walking over to you. He helped you up. "You come too, be ready in a minute." He said, nodding for his brothers to follow him out.
You walked into your room and shut the door behind you. You tried to breathe in and out, steadying yourself in preparation. You threw on a loose pair of pants and a dark tank top. You felt for your sore lip and noticed it wasn't bleeding anymore. You probably looked awful.
