Derek POV

I blinked open my eyes as memories came flooding back. I'm an asshole. She jumped for me. I was on my way to make up with her. It's just, I thought she was trying to get back at me for being a complete ass. She's the love of my life, I can't leave her or lose her. I sat up and looked around. I noticed the flipped truck and a small body trapped underneath.

"Meredith!" I yelled as I got up and ran to her. Mark was already there, crying as he held her hand whispering soothing words to her.

"Oh my god Meredith!" I said as tears came down my cheeks.

"Der- Derek!" She said.

"Oh babe i-I love you and I know you would never do anything that I was accusing you of. I'm an ass."

"Your a ass but a very lovable ass that I love."

"Oh Meredith I love you so much."

"I love you so much that I would die for you. Now kiss me. I don't know how much time I have left."

Instead of replying I took her face in my hands and kissed her passionately.

"The paramedics will be here soon." Mark said, still squeezing her hand.

"Ok. Here that Mer?"

"Yea-yeah."

Back to no POVS

Then out of no where another semi-truck lost control and hit the crash sight. Derek and Mark were struck directly and their bodies went lifelessly flying into the air. Their necks snapped and when they hit the ground on the way down, their limbs were shattered and as they died horrifically painful deaths. Derek's head was removed by the piece of windshield that flew off the semi-truck. Derek and Mark died instantly leaving Meredith taking her final breath alone the sounds of the sirens sounding closer and closer but it's too late now...
