Nag-iisa pa lang si Yuki sa loob ng studio para sa kanilang sitzprobe. The performance is less than a month away. This is a critical stage for her and the whole production team.
Habang nakaupo sa isang upuan sa sulok, nakapatay ang mga ilaw, sinuot niya ang earphone at pumikit.
"I'm so conflicted about him..."

esterday, at the hospital.
"Sinabi ko sa'yo na babalik ako kasama ng panyo mo. This is the least I can do for you."
"Okay."
Tinanggal ni Yuki ang pagkakatali ng panyo sa kamay niya, at nilagay 'yun sa bulsa kasama ng isa pa.
"So... aalis ka na?"
"Ah... hmm. Nagpa-check up lang ako at nagbakasakali na makikita kita rito. Gusto ko lang ibalik 'yan sa'yo. Hindi ko nagawa no'ng nakaraan."
"Hindi ko naman tinanong. If that's it, then please leave." She lied down the bed. "Someone's in the verge of death in the ICU. I can't afford to talk to anyone right now."
Malimit na ngumiti si Aciel bago tumayo. Tinanaw niya si Yuki sandali nang makalapit na siya sa pintuan. Iniwan niyang nakasara na ang pinto.

Yuki took off her earphone just right in time. No one suspected that someone's inside the studio since the lights are off. She overheard two people talking outside.
"Maaga ka na naman? Ano na namang gagawin mo sa loob habang walang tao?" Boses ni Gail.
"What's there to tell you? Kasabay lang kitang dumating. Pwede kong ibalik sa'yo ang mga tanong mo." Anna.
"I thought you'd be here this early, and I came at the perfect time. Nandito ka nga."
Tumayo't tumungo si Yuki sa gilid ng pintuan. Hindi siya gumawa ng kahit anong ingay, at palihim na sinilip ang mga nasa labas.
"Why do you always pick fights with me and Yuki? Are you that envious of us?"
"Who do you think you are that I'd be jealous over you? I'm only envious of Yuki. Wala ka sa kalingkingan ko o ni Yuki. Hindi ko alam kung bakit kinaibigan ka niya."
"Ano na namang pinagsasasabi mo?"
"You're more pretentious than I thought. Alam ba ni Yuki na ikaw ang tutungtong sa entablado sa araw ng performance at hindi siya?"
"You must be out of your mind. How could you think that way?!"
