Chapter 25: Catch you if you fall

Morning, I notice the sun shining right through my face. I'm alone in the bed, I searched for Tom.

"Good morning. Are you fine now?" Tom says and wraps me in his arms. "Thank you for last night. I'm very fine now." I say.

I went in the bathroom and brushed my teeth.

"Do you love me?" Zayn's voice echoes in my mind. "YES! YES I DO LOVE YOU!!! BUT I CAN'T LEAVE TOM!!!" I hear myself.

I gargled and went out of the bathroom. I saw Tom lying at the bed.

"We're gonna have lunch, babe." I say to him as I continue to dry my hair.

"I'll follow you. I'm a bit lazy to get up. You can have lunch if you feel hungry." Tom says. "I do feel hungry. Is it fine for you?" I ask him. "Go ahead. I'll follow in a minute." He says. "I'm gonna go now." I kiss his cheek and left him.

I went in the elevator, I hate elevators. I'm claustrophobic. I seriously am.

It stops on some floor to bring in or out some people.

As I reached the ground floor, I went to the outside where I heard they serve grilled food there which sounds delish.

I sat down by the sand, took my phone out and took some photos of the place.

"Beautiful huh? Just like you."

Some man says and sits beside me.

"Oh, hey Niall." I smile to him. "Hello. How was your sleep?" He asks me.

Nightmares. About... Uhm, I don't wanna think about him anymore.

"Very fine... How about you..." I ask him. "Are you sure? After a guy told me you shouted at him and cried your heart out?" Niall says.

"Oh, he told you about that." "We're in one room. Can't sleep because of the sobbing last night." He says.

So he told Niall about it, and he knows that Niall can convince me to do anything, he's like a brother to me, is he using Niall to say sorry or what?

"Stop lying, A. I know you." He adds. "I just want to be with Tom before he leaves in preparation for his big events." I say. "You surely love him." Niall says. "I do. I learnt to. I don't wanna let him go." I say and looked at Niall.

"You'll never look at any other guys?" He asks me. "He...he's the one." I say.

"You both confessed to each other last night." Niall says.

I want to stop talking about it. But how? I just can't cut a conversation with Niall James Horan. We usually talk about one topic straightaway.

"I... I don't want to ta---"

"Ava." I hear Tom's voice from my back. I look at him and stood up. "Hey Niall. Let's go grab breakfast now." Tom says. "Yah, sure. I'm starving." Niall stands and walks with us.

*Tom's POV*

Glad that Niall came for Ava and she didn't thought of Zayn again. And I don't want her to think about that guy again. I must spend the best with her now before I leave for training and we'll be missing each other for months or for a whole year since she'll be in college in London while I go around, maybe back in Plymouth or somewhere around the world in preparation for the 4 big events. Hard work then. I'm doing this for you.

We walked towards the cottage where we saw Louis and the others, including Zayn grilling food.

"Good morning." I smile to them. "How was your sleep?" Danielle asks us. "Good." I answer. "Really?" Eleanor asks me. "Yes. Was very comfortable with Ava's warmth." I reply.

"You look so quiet?" Harry asks Ava. "Oh, I'm...still sleepy. Tom was snoring last night." Ava answers.

"Here we go! Seafood!" Louis serves. "C'mon, let's just eat now and go back to bed after." Harry says. "Oh shut up, Harry. We're gonna eat now." Louis says and we laughed. "Uhm, let's eat!" Zayn says.

After eating...

Ava was standing by the shore as the water brushes through her feet while the others were sleeping. I stand beside her.

"Any problem?" I ask her. She shakes her head. "I just want to go home and not go back to this place again." She says and holds her arms.

"Why..." I ask her. "I don't want to talk about last night. I...I just want to spend time with you before you go back to Plymouth." She says. "We will spend the best day and night today." I wrap my arms around her and she hugs me back.

*Ava's POV*

Months... Or a year... How can I live without Tom...

I've did it before, but I'm now afraid of losing him...losing him that I might suddenly fall for Zayn. I'm afraid to fall.

I'm back in London with Eleanor and Danielle. They both decided to stay with me since Louis is busy and he's gonna be out of London and will be with his football team.

Before we go to school,

"I know you're not used of it Ava. The boys is not with us, especially Tom. But we, you must understand that he's in training." Danielle says. "Dani's right. We also miss our boys." Eleanor adds. "Don't worry, we'll be here for you." Danielle says. "Thank you girls." I smile to them.

5 months has passed, I only see Tom via Skype and connect him via calls, text and Twitter.

His first and second event were featured in the television which needs him to appear in interviews that he rises from fame a bit now.

Three more events left. I knew this will take him a year before we see each other again.

But today, a surprise visit from the football team was held.

The new students were aware about them. I didn't know they would be this popular.

It has been months since I last saw Louis too. I miss my brother a lot that I had to see him now after seeing him on stage.

I went backstage and sneaked in, I asked if I can come in but the security won't let me.

"Come on, I'm just gonna say hello to my brother. It has been months." I say. "We can't let people we don't know to come in. There's a lot of people, specifically girls who wanted to come in, I'm so sorry." The security says.

"Ava! Hey!" Harry sees me and runs to me. "Hazza! Oh Gosh! I missed you!" I hug him tightly. "Let her come in, she is Louis' sister." Harry says. The security lets me and we both walked together.

"It has been months, wow." Harry says. "Right! I didn't get to see Louis too. I miss my brother." I say. "We know you do. He misses you too." He says. "By the way! What was that?!" I say pointing at my back, to the stage. "The what?" Harry asks. "You five were singing?! Is that real?!?" I say. "Yeah. We don't want our audience bored." Harry says. "I only have heard you and Zayn sing. Louis, my very own brother, I haven't heard him sing like that. Wow, you should join the X Factor." I say with a laugh.

"Nah, it's just this time before we get into the event." Harry says.

"Have you seen Tom on TV?" Harry asks me and I nod. "Yes. I did. I called him after." I reply.

"Ava!" I run to Louis as he calls me and hugged him tightly. "Oh, Ava!" Louis hugs me back. "It has been a long, long, long time!" Louis says. "Oh, I miss you. I hope you stay later night in the house!" I say. "Oh, we have events to go and training. Sometime." Louis says. "Don't you miss Eleanor?" I ask.

"I do miss her. I talked to her a while ago personally. I wanted to be with her for the night but I can't." Louis says. "Oh, I do miss Tom too." I say.

"But you both see each other online and he calls you, right?" Louis asks me. "Yah, but it's way different when you get to see someone you love personally." I answer. "Good for the both of you, Eleanor sees you every 3-5 months. I have to wait a year to see Tom." I add. "Are you sure that it'll be a year?" Lou asks me. "I am. He's getting interviewed. Have you watched him?!" I ask Louis. "Yes, I do. The next big event is for the Olympics, so Tom is really into training. You should be proud." Lou adds. "We have to go now babe. See you soon. I love you." Louis kisses my head and goes up to the stage again.
